They came in diagnosed the problem and were out in about 45 minutes

He took the screen off, and he never put it back on. He didn't put the sprayers on back properly, and it got eaten up. I had to pay an additional $96 for repair and a new sprayer.

Friendly, professional, a little high on the price but worth it. If you needit done right one time, call them.

John, our plumber, was informative and punctual. He knew what he was doing and completed the job in the same day. The amount paid was what was estimated before the job began. $200-$250 to run a camera down a drain line still seems expensive to me, but I think that's the going rate nowadays. This is why I graded and quot;Cand quot; on price. The soil around my home is very rocky though and they did work hard that day to access the drain line and install the clean outs. However, to find the clean-out location and dig was a separate charge. All in all, John made me feel comfortable and performed the work well. I would use McCalman plumbing again.

I would recommend them. They worked on a problem for four days and they found it. They didn't quit until they found it. It was a reasonable charge compared to what they had to do.

Scheduled job for a Friday, no call or show by the appointment time. Got a call from the office that plumber would be late. I waited. Another call that they wouldn't make it Friday; rescheduled for Monday. Late for Monday appointment, no calls. Once they got here things went great. Fast, professional service.

The gentleman was very nice, professional and punctual He did not call ahead of time to inform me he was on his way. I requested this because my door bell does not work, and I can not hear a knock from the other rooms in the house. He accessed the costs which I did agree to and did the repairs. Had the circumstances been anything but urgent, I would not have had them done at this price. I could have bought the parts for less than twenty dollars, and I imagine he paid a bit less than that. At this rate, he received more money per hour than my doctor does. I am female, over 65, and disabled. I had no other choice at the time. Nice people, just to expensive,

The leak was not on my side, it was on the city side so I didn't pay for the repair. He did not let me know that the leak could be on the city side. My neighbor let me know that the leak kept leaking after he shut my water off so I realized it was on the city side. I'm a single elderly lady and I've never worked with plumbing issues before. Thanks to my neighbor, I did not have to pay at least $1000.00 he quoted me.

They were great. They found the leak and it was actually in a dishwasher. We liked them a lot and we would recommend them. Everything is working well now. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

Came the next day. Gave me a worst case estimate. Repair was less extensive than estimate and charged me accordinly. Very professional and timely service

They honored their original quote even though when they got to solving the problem, the work was more extensive then originally anticipated. Not only did I use them but I recommended them to my neighbor who used them as well.

I was very happy to have found this company because the last people we used told us we had to spend a great deal more money than was necessary to fix the same problem. They actually didn't charge me for the diagnosis and this saved us a lot of money. These men are very courteous, professional, and I would use them again without a doubt.

THE TEAM THAT CAME OUT TO COMPLETE THE WORK WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND REALLY DID NOT GET IN OUR WAY. THE BROKEN PIPE WAS IN THE MAIN HALLWAY. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING. DID GREAT WORK.

WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
