Very friendly crew wasted no time in getting to work. Showed up on time completed the job as expected, except one of the windows was not made right and one off the installers had to come back later to finish the job.

Handled professionally on all counts. Would confidently recommend to my acquaintances who may require window replacements or repairs.

From the first call to inquire for services, this team was excellent. Very responsive; I had an estimate on the phone, which was confirmed within the week. I scheduled the work out a few weeks. I had a reminder call the day before service was performed and the team showed up right on time. They were courteous, quick, and cleaned up beautifully when done. I couldn't be happier!

It went well, Latham rep was friendly and he did a great job. My only issue was the amount of time it took to get the window ordered . I had to special order a window and that took a while; and I believe this was completely out of their control. Other than that everybody at Lantham is professional with quick responses/replies and follow-up. Never missed a beat.

It went very well. The gentleman who came to give us the estimate was punctual and very professional. We were scheduled for installation on June 5th, they were quite busy at the time based on recent storms in the area. In mid May we received a call saying the glass was in and they had an opening the next day. The two guys sent to do the install arrived right on time and could not have been more pleasant or professional. The new glass was installed quickly and in less time than I thought it would take. They were respectful of our home, aside from "new" sparkling clear windows we would never gave known they'd been here. We are enjoying being able to open the blinds and have a clear view to to yard again.

Went fine. Salesman arrived exactly on time, gave me an estimate and we set up a date for the service. Service went very well - prompt and courteous.

It went great! From the sales person to the installers, all were very professional, competent and timely. We had been looking for replacement windows for a long time and had gotten quotes from several companies. Since we live on the corner of a very busy 6 lane street, it gets very loud in the mornings and evenings when cars are going by. We chose the triple pane windows because of that and couldn't be happier as you can hardly hear the traffic! I have never been so happy to have spent $6000 in my life and that's a lot for a frugal person like me. Try them out, you won't have regrets.

Everything went very well, the guys showed up on time both days, were very polite and professional and did not leave a mess. They took all of the old windows with them.

David did an outstanding job leading the large team in getting our windows installed, with a minimum of intrusion, and cleaning up as they worked. Everyone was professional, friendly and nice. A factory oops put things on hold temporarily. David made a significant effort to be sure we were protected from impending bad weather, bridging us until the window installation could be completed. We are enjoying our new look and sincerely appreciate the team for a large job well done.

They did a great job. Arrived on time and completed the window replacement on time. They did not break any of the old windows getting them out helping with the cleanup and worries I had about old glass around the property. Even the owner come out and lended a hand with the replacements.

The install went great. Arrived 10 minutes before the appoint time but waited until I came out to greet them. Very professional. Removed the actual seals and took the windows out without breaking any of the glass. The mess was minimal. They cleaned everything up. Even the owner was on site lending a hand.

Very professional. They installation started on time, the guys were here at 8 a.m. every morning. They cleaned up to go to lunch and before they left at day's end. They even took down all the "tall" blinds and put outside so I could hose them down before they re-hung them! They worked at our house for a full week. Excellent!!!!

Hayden from Lanham came out to replace our two windows. After installation he noticed a very small red spot inside of the two panes of glass on one of the the sealed windows. He insisted that it be replaced with a different one and would not accept payment for either window until the one window was replaced. I nor anyone in my family would have ever even noticed the red spot but he did. That is attention to detail and professionalism not often seen today. Kudos. You've earned my business from here on out.

I need windows repaired in my home. I contcted Lanham Window Company to come and give me an estimate. He called me the same day and came out the next day. I was informed there would be a 35.00 fee to come out to give an estimate which would be credited if I contracted them to do the repairs. I understand that it take time and gas to come to my home and agreed to the 35.00. I will not be using this company for my repairs, their estimate was extremly high. I have had more estimates and will use another company that gave a more realistic estimate.

Our house was built in 1991 and when we moved in a couple of years ago, several of the windows had broken seals and needed to be replaced. We decided to have all of the windows replaced since they were almost 25 years old builder grade aluminum windows. We interviewed 5 companies (one big box store and four that I found on Angie's list). We were impressed by the honesty of the Lanham Representative that came to our house even though he was fairly new to their company. They had good quality windows and at a very competitive price. We also liked that it was a local company that had been in business for 40 years. After we selected them, the installation was scheduled for the end of October. During the installation, they did a very good job of minimizing the noise in the house when we were on the phone. They also replaced all of the window sensors for our alarm system. Overall they did a very good job and were very receptive to any suggestions we made so that we would be completely satisfied. We love our windows and are very happy that we made the best choice and picked Lanham Windows. We did our research and Lanham is the best company, with the best employees, with very good windows at competitive prices. Kudos to Chuck Lanham Jr and his entire team! We recommend them to anyone we speak with that are looking to purchase windows.

Accurate estimate, reasonable price, all work performed on time and high quality. Excellent job!

It went well. The sales rep Jim, showed up on time to give us a quote and I agreed to go forward with the order. The office staff was very professional in ordering the windows, and scheduling the replacement of the windows. The service technician, Hayden, was very professional, answered any questions we had and did a great job installing the windows. I have used this company at least twice in the past and just like before they did a great job.

When they came to my house they had nothing to protect my carpets. Danny went to work right away installing the windows which required him to go in and out many times. When Chuck showed up I mentioned about my carpet getting trashed he said don't worry we have the carpet cleaned after we finish. My husband went out right away and purchased tarps to cover all of our carpet. After the job was completed I asked Chuck about the carpet cleaning and he said Danny would have to pay for it. I told him that was wrong he owned the company and he should have made sure his employee had all the tools he needed to do the job. He left without ever paying a dime to fix the mess that was made. All the screens on my windows were cut to short. I purchased 54 windows and seven doors and now I have a problem with one of the doors and they will not help even tho they said I would have lifetime garranty. I also called to buy a new screen and he refused to sell me one. This company does not stand behind what they sell. Chuck is the rudest man I have ever met and he was very mean to his employee. Buyer beware!!!!

Great company to do business with. Chuck showed up on time and gave me an upfront estimate. We scheduled the work about a month out. Got a call from Teresa the day before the work was to be done reminding me. Guys showed up on time and were very prepared to complete the work. Only problem that we ran into (through no fault of Lanham) was that the glass for the front door was not delivered to them as expected. This was going to cause a problem for me as I had painters scheduled the next day. Chuck and his folks did everything they could do to get me the glass ( I was prepared to cancel that part of the order ). Chuck got the glass delivered and it was installed the next morning before the painters arrived. There are a lot of people that want to make money that don't want to work. There are as many companies that want your business that don't want to have to work for it ( see my review for Champion Windows ). Lanham was a great company to do business with. I will use them in the future should I need anything they service. I highly recommend them.

I would strongly recommend Lanham Windows. Complete installation took about a week. Installation was a challenging due to weather. Mr. Lanham was very professional with his quote. David and Jacob were outstanding and very friendly installers. My father in law has been a top home builder in El Paso for 40 years. Even he was impressed with the quality of the windows and the installation team!!!!

Replaced 13 old single pane aluminum windows. Everyone at Lanham was a pleasure to deal with and the quality of the new windows is exceptional. The installation crew arrived right on time and were very knowledgeable and experienced and gladly answered all my questions. The job was completed in a day and a half and the crew did a fine job of cleaning everything up and putting everything back just the way it was. The price was very competitive and there were no hidden costs. Since the installation I have continued to be extremely happy with my purchase. The new windows are beautiful and it's great to be able to open the blinds and let the light in without letting my A/C out. Since the new windows were installed, I've recorded almost a 25% decrease in my utility bills, which is very encouraging with summer coming on. I'm very pleased with both the product and with the professionalism of everyone at Lanham Window Co. I would highly recommend Lanham to anyone in the market for replacement windows.
