Landscaping Over Texas

Eric was on time for the estimate and the actual job. The work was completed well and the area was kept clean at all times. The work agreed to was done and was a good job. We are working together to estimate 2 more jobs.

These young men did an excellent job. Very professional. The end result is beautiful and it is better than we hoped. I have another lanscsping project that they will do in two weeks. So glad we hired them.

Erick provided a quite reasonable estimate for the project, showed up for work when promised, worked diligently, and was extremely responsive. If we have any other projects, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Erick. And I love the name of his company, Landscaping Over Texas!

The project was far better than I had hoped for. Eric Perez worked with me to plan a low maintenance, ever green, perennial garden. He installed ground cover, and a decorative tree that my wife picked out. His costs were reasonable, AND he was the only landscaper that responded to my request. YES, I will hire him again in the fall.

Eric did a fantastic job on our lawn. We had an old tree fall so Eric dug up the remaining roots, tilled the existing ivy, filled the hole and laid new sod. He was very professional, paying close attention to where our sprinkler system was and blew off our front porch and side walk area when the job was complete. I will definitely be hiring him again for future jobs.

The finished job looked great. We were told a plastic sheet barrier in the garden bed would prevent the current weed problem we were having. Two weeks later, there are many weeds going straight through the plastic. Asked the company about the problem (weeds were our main concern before the project). The response was “you can apply roundup.” I would recommend them for a simple job, but I am very disappointed that we are already running through the same problems after paying for a full re-landscape, and we were told we shouldn’t have problems with the weeds for a long time.

he was awesome, he said that he would be here on Wednesday and I called and ask him what time because I had to work on that day, this was on a Monday, he said that if it would be better he could come that day. Within the hour he was at my house with the new bushes and was ready to work. I had sent him a picture of the dead bushes and the bushes around them and he was able to get the same bushes. He was awesome and I definitely with hire him again when I need work done.

They were excellent workers, listened to what I wanted & did an AMAZING job at a VERY GOID $!! Will hire them again.

Amazing job! I was contacted immediately after submitting my request to have my shrubs and ornamental tree trimmed. The team arrived on time, worked hard and finished in the time estimated. They did a GREAT job! Will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic!! Erick came by to discuss the project and provide an estimate late on a Monday afternoon, then he came back the next morning with all the plants, tools, and supplies. He did an amazing job and had it completed before 6 o’clock!! I highly recommend him and will hire him again for my next landscaping projects!!

Work was completed in a single day. Installed new drainage system, leveled a low spot in my yard and put down new sod. Price was great and the work was done quick.

They were nice, but not timely, left piles of dirt and rock with 3 weeks of promises to correct. Never came back out nor called. I think it was over paid for the incomplete job done

The rototiller was a front tine machine rather than the required rear tine machine left a the soil not tilled. A 5000 square quantity of starter fertilizer was applied on the 2000 square foot lawn. area. I hadn't pointed out the bag quantity. I provided an inadequate of seed, thus the coverage was spotty but grass did grow. Additional seeding by me appears to have filled in the bare spots. Better communication between between Eric and I would have resulted in better experience. Eric is punctual and a good worker. That is why I would have him back.

They did a wonderful job. Erick was on time showed up when he told us. He cleaned everything nicely once the job was complete.

He did the job solo. Sometimes was hard to get in touch with him, but he got everything done. He accommodated my requests which other contractors would not. Sod installed 5/21 two months later it is healthy, looks wonderful.

Terrible. The guy did not do anything I asked. He took advantage of my kindness and over charged me for a easy job. He was four hours late and very non professional and a liar. I attempted to cancel my appointment the day prior and his reply was "What? Why!" That's not how you respond to a potential client. So I went through with appointment because I felt sorry him and he totally ripped me off. He actually made my yard look worse. Now I have a mound of mulch in my front yard because this lazy SOB didn't want to do the job correctly. Buyer beware this guy is a fraud.
