Was a great experience from the beginning. Call was returned promptly and arrived on time for appointment. Bryan handled the project professionally and kept me up to date. Roofers quickly replaced the roof and made repairs - a one-day turnaround. House looks great and I am very pleased. Highly recommend Horizon Roofing!!!

We waited until spring storm season passed, but once the job was scheduled they were able to complete the roof in a little over 2 days. It is a coated steel roof that looks like shakes, not an asphalt shingle. Removing the old metal roof was also more involved than asphalt. Everything went on schedule and they did a reasonable job cleaning up. Gutters were replaced by another crew. They were done in less than a day. We are pleased with all the work.

My daughter used them and was very pleased with them. She thought they were prompt, efficient and did a good job cleaning up.

Horizon suggested I put a sealant coat on the roof. They gave me the option to do it myself or have them do it. I appreciated the feedback and the opportunity to save the money. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Horizon Roofing to others in the future.

First company that I tried that called back in a reasonable time and came out to house in reasonable time. Took measurements and photos of problems. Made recommendation reference to the work shop roof that I was not at all comfortable with i.e doing away with the eaves all together instead of repairing and enclosing. I had additional questions next day and this was when I found out the company decided they were not going to help, said too much damage to repair, but otherwise known as not enough work for them to bother with the job.

WAS TOLD BY THE OFFICE MANAGER THAT AN ESTIMATOR WOULD CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM ANYONE FROM THE COMPANY. I HIRED SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE JOB.

WE HAVE A CONCRETE TILE ROOF AND IT IS HARD TO FIND SOMEONE TO WORK ON IT. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT FOLLOW UP. WE HAVE USED HORIZON BEFORE AND HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE THE ONLY ONES WHO COULD PROPERLY REPAIR OUR TILE ROOF.

THIS WAS AN EXPENSIVE ROOF, BUT SINCE THIS WILL PROBABLY BE MY LAST HOUSE, I WANTED TO DO IT RIGHT. I HAVE A 15 YEAR GUARANTEE, WHICH IS VERY UNUSUAL FOR FLAT ROOFS. IT'S ALSO TRANSFERRABLE TO ANY SUBSEQUENT OWNERS, A GOOD SELLING POINT. MY SERVICEMAN, LARRY JOHNSON, IS A GREAT MAN.

ON TIME, VERY NICE. THEY ARE KNOWN FOR QUALITY WORK, AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
