They do a really good job. Sometimes the workers have a language barrier but there is always a supervisor present that speaks very good English so that they understand what I want them to do. They always wear uniforms and if the weather is bad they have special shoes that they wear if they have to enter your home to ensure they are not making a mess.
Description of Work: They cleaned 11 windows and 5 sliding glass doors in my 1900 square foot home.

Company did not clean the screens. Broke a handle on one window and left it on the floor. Left large grease spot on carpet. Borrowed my tools and left them outside on the windowsill. Forgot to clean a window. I was not pleased with staff or the service.

We would have been more than happy to clean the screens, there must have been some miscommunication. As far as the handle is concerned; it is nearly impossible to break a handle on a window, we have never broken a handle on a window, we are very careful not to damage our customers property. If the customer thought that we made a stain on her carpet and we were indeed at fault; we would have had her carpet cleaned. We do not borrow tools from customers. The window that she alleges that we missed, must have been a window that seal had broken on it and it appeared not to have been cleaned. If we do somehow miss a window, we will make it right for the customer. WE MAKE SURE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE 100% SATISFIED; THIS HAS BEEN OUR COMPANY PLEDGE SINCE 1987!
