They came out same-day, and were actually 15- 20 minutes early from when promised. Called and said they were in-route. Assessed situation and gave us options for how to repair. Did the repair quickly and was very polite and professional. Door works well, and is now much quieter than it has ever been.

I was a little disappointed . He said he had to install ball bearings and two hinges so it was a lot more expensive than what I purchased the Big Deal for. The garage door is working fine, and I feel safe with it. I feel like the tune-up add was a little misleading.

He did a stand up job, He borrowed a pair of new leather gloves ($3/pair) that I didn't mind. I just thought it was funny he didn't ask first. But considering the job he did I wasn't concerned. I had to cleanup old parts but that wasn't included in the deal. I liked the installer and never felt ripped off. Garage door works great and looks a lot better than the previous installed job from who know.

I use Family Christian doors service twice to repair my garage door on my house in Fort Worth, The were very responsive and professional, came to my house in short notice and gave me professional advise how to hand this problem. Gave me few estimates for different repair options and charge me exactly what they quote me for. I?ll defiantly use their service in the future.

I used Christian for my garage door and for my iron gate problem. They did everything right and were very professional. The garage door repair was a little more than I expected but the gate repair was less than expected so I am very happy. I purchased the discounted Garage door tune up and other door problems added to the tune up price but my door works better than when it was brand new. Both techs were very professional and the work was outstanding. I highly recommend this company!

It was scheduled for a tune up on one door. the door had not been working properly. When we left the garage or came home when closing the door we would fight with it to get it to close. The tech who came out told us what was causing it to do that, he also went over some important points of our remote with us. He was not pushy with us. He didn't demand us to buy anything to make it run better. He said I will do your tune up on your door and if you want us to come back, I will be your tech to come back and I will be happy to help you out. I told my husband at that point that we should just have the work done. I like that they don't push you into doing work or give you the " well, if you don't do it know" crap! I can say, we are so pleased with the work. The door has never worked better! Thank you so much Christian Doors and to our Tech. we won't call anyone else to work on our doors! we highly recommend Christian Doors!!

The technician inspected our garage doors (one of which was having major problems), installed a remote keypad and made necessary adjustments to both doors. My wife dealt with the technician and she felt that he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and informative without being too technical or talking down to her. He explained the reasons for his recommendations, but was not pushy about what needed to be done. I would use this group again.

I called to have a broken spring replaced. When tech arrived, I was told it would probably be best to set two springs in place of my one, replace the rollers, and service the door. It was a well rehearsed presentation. I am positive all were needed, just not to the tune of $450. That said, he did re-install the garage door opener with stronger strapping. I will tell you the tech was professional and polite and the experience not unpleasant. Moreover, they were available on my schedule. I just wasn't ready for the sticker shock and might have been better prepared if I was told that it could cost considerably more than quoted on the phone.

The service was fine. There was nothing about them that stood out to me. They came out to do the job within a couple of days or a week after I purchased the big deal. It was rather quickly.

Very good service. These guys are experts on garages. They have all the parts in stock - motors, rollers, etc. We received and estimate first, and it was recommended that we upgrade our motor. Not certain that we needed the upgrade, but I believe he was being honest. We had too small of a motor for our large, wooden door. Also, we had metal rollers that would squeak against the metal when the door was opened or closed. They came back 2 days later to install the new motor and replace the rollers with some kind of plastic composite, like urethane. Anyway, door works great, and the rollers don't make hardly any noise now when door opens/closes. Professional and knew what they were doing. Fixed our issues, and improved the functionality of our door. Good experience. Will use again in the future.

They serviced my garage door per the criteria on the coupon. Their representative was very professional and provided good information and tips. Approx two months later, the door wouldn't open more than about 18". They sent someone out right away. He made an adjustment and the door has worked fine ever since

John, Ryan and James were great! They worked in the cold weather and spent a couple of days trying to repair the existing gate opener - when it couldn't be repaired they replaced the whole apparatus. The garage door opener was not a problem, but they really had to spend some time with the gate. I can't praise them enough for their patience, their work ethic, their professionalism. These young men were polite and a pleasure to have around!

Very professional and knowledgable. He gave info on how to best take care of the garage door, went over operating the opener, sensors, keeping the joints lubricated etc.... Garage door is sooo much quieter now with the new rollers on!! Very happy with the service.

Our Garage Door Opener had been acting up - stalling during closing and opening - for a couple of weeks but while I was out of town on business last week my wife texted me that the door wouldn't close at all. I did a quick search on Angie's list for high-rated garage door opener specialists and found Family Christian Doors. I called them at about noon and told them what I needed. When I asked them how soon they could get to it they asked if someone would be there that afternoon. I was surprised to say the least. A little over 2 hours later, just as promised, they were on site and an hour or so later we had a brand new garage door opener installed and working. And they charged a fair price with no "emergency" or "expedite" fee. Both the office staff I spoke with and the technician dispatched for the work were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. A few days later I called their office to ask how to hook up the built-in remote in my car (which wasn't home when the installation was done). In just a couple of minutes they had me on the website where I found the instructions - even though the instructions were specific to the accessory in my car and not to the garage door opener itself. I couldn't be more pleased and full recommend this service provider.

He made tuning on one garage door. He said, I have to replace the other one. However, it still works.

I used them a couple days after I bought the deal and we decided to replace 2 wooden doors so the final cost added up to around $1500. They were good. There was delay in finishing the job but it wasn't the company's fault. On e of their workers had a business on the side so we had to wait a little. But it all worked out and we were very much satisfied with how it turned out.

After a extremely satisfied service visit on a rental property a few days ago, I elected to get a new double garage door installed on my home. Their pricing was very competitive for a insulated double garage door. Alfonso and helper came out the very next day..very punctual I might add...and got straight to work. He obviously knows what he's doing, and got my new garage door installed and running in no time. Very courteous and professional. I am a very curious person, and he didn't mind me asking and answering my questions. I've interfaced with a few people in the company, and I can tell the company culture is TOP NOTCH..they definitely stay true to their name! Keep up the excellent work!

To be honest I was a bit skeptical of the $24 offer from the Angies Deal. However, I was extremely pleased with the work performed by James. James may be young, but the guy knows his stuff. He was very courteous and professional. He went beyond the call of duty. Family Christian Doors should be proud of the fact that he represents the company so well. I even had him give me an estimate on a new garage door installation on my other property before he left. The estimate was very competitive in price so I ended up getting that new garage door installed a few days later. These guys are great, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

They replaced our garage door opener, put a new spring on one of the doors, installed a keypad and installed new wheels on the door with the new opener. |He was very professional. We may need him to come back and adjust the door, but everything he installed is working well.

Said they could not install keyless pad unless I bought a new garage door opener. Would not refund what I paid for the Big Deal and told me to contact Angie's List. This is my second report of this experience.
