Our garage door came off one of the tracks and would not open or close properly and even bent the center of the door. We placed a call to their office around noon on New Years Eve thinking we might have to wait a day or so before someone could come out. To our surprise someone came out in just a few hours. Very professional and fixed everything in less than 30 minutes. He even fixed the gaps we had on the bottom of the door and it now runs better than it ever has. Can't recommend them enough.

Their name says it all. They are a family owned business, they are Christians, and it shows in how you are treated and spoken to. I will only use Family Christian Doors for any door service I need from now on. They also sell and install garage doors and parts. They are the best. They're always punctual, informative, give great service, and are very friendly. I will always recommend them to my friends and neighbors. 10+ stars!!!!!

It turned out well. It has worked well since. The tech was helpful and friendly. I have not had any issues since the service. The big deal was a good price, I am not sure about the rest of the cost. I would use them again.

I called FCD and they sent a technician out the next day. Ryan came and was very knowledgeable about our type of gate and was able to diagnose the problem (needed new battery) quickly. He had a battery in his truck and installed the new one. He also educated me on how the gate operated and gave tips for when things happen in the future. I felt very comfortable with him and he was very professional. Will definitely call again if we have more gate trouble.

Knowledgeable and courteous repairman. Got recommended by a coworker and then saw them on Angie's List too. He spent time troubleshooting my opener even though we didn't end up getting an additional one. Called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would.

Enjoyable process. I decided to go with another provider since they were running a special and I had worked with them before. But its good to know that I have options thru Angies' List.

The spring on my door actually broke, so they ended up getting me a new door and spring within one day. I was really happy with their service! They were prompt and very friendly!

The spring broke on our garage door so I called FCD on Saturday morning for an estimate. They came that same afternoon. While waiting for the technician, the garage door fell from the tracks as we tried to get it closed. When the tech got there, he put it back up so he could assess the situation. He quoted us $350 to install two springs, but there would be some damage to the door due to the fall. I brought up the coupon they had to replace the garage door, springs, railings, etc. for $549...he agreed that that would probably be the best thing to do. After talking to the office, he told us that the coupon wasn't supposed to still be on this site, but they would honor it anyway. They put us on the schedule to replace the garage door on Tuesday. The guys came as promised and did a great job installing the new door. They were very polite, worked quickly, and cleaned up all the debris. They explained what they did and suggested we purchase a lubricant for the springs, etc. We did end up buying their product for $20...seemed a bit pricey, but hopefully will do what it is supposed to do.

The sliding gate that opens to our driveway was malfunctioning. I received a quote from another company (also on Angie's List). Their diagnosis of the problem did not seem logical and the repair quote was almost $2,000. We reached out to Family Christian for a "second opinion". They came out the next day, gave a quick assessment of the problem and their quote to perform the repair was less than $250. They performed the repair work 4 days later (on Christmas Eve). Technician was knowledgeable and professional. Great work.

Once they gave us an estimate and we agreed to the work we wanted done, they offered to start the work right then...at 8:00 at night! What service! The tech had his son along as an aprentice and we knew they probably wanted to go home to their families, so we had them come back another day. But they definitely proved that they were dedicated to their work and to their customers' satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their garage door serviced or repaired.

Called them on a saturday morning, had an appointment with them same day. They called during the day to tell me the kind of openers that were available and explained they would install during the appointment. The tech was very professional, and knew what he was doing. The price was right also. Thank you so much!

These guys were great! My garage door hasn't worked right in 7-8 years. I've just lived with it. The tech came out and showed/explained to me what was wrong with it and why I always had problems. He spent about an hour repairing my door and it's better than new. There hasn't been one little problem of any kind with it since he was here. Was I ever impressed! And thankful.

On 12/30, our front gate to our property would not open so some of my family members were trapped! I called the person who has worked on our gate in the past but got a message that "they would be out for the holidays". Needless to say, I won't be using them anymore! I jumped on to Angie's List and found Family Christian Doors and called them. They answered their phone with a REAL person, asked me what help I needed and transferred me to Matt who listened to our problem. Matt said they were all booked up that day but would be happy to walk my wife through what to do to get the gate open and then they would be out the next day. Matt spoke with my wife and apparently discovered that the battery was dead. He said that they would figure out how to get somebody over to the property to help. That afternoon, they showed up and fixed the gate with the proper battery size and also gave us advice on what to look for in the future if our gate starts to break down again. VERY professional, VERY responsive and they performed quality work at a reasonable price! Family Christian Doors will now be our service vendor of choice for our gate and garage doors!

Surprised that they were willing to send a specialist on a Sunday. Rick was prompt and very professional. Did the job to our satisfaction and explained in advance everything that needed to be done. Very pleased.
