Louis kept me updated with the repair and his diagnosis to save me money. He gave me a coupon even though I did not have one. He wanted to save me money and advised that the door needed servicing and did not need replacing. April and Louis were very courteous and worked with me even though I lived in another state. Accepted payment over the phone.

We thought the garage door only needed a tune up so purchased the tune up special on Angie's List. Found out some repairs were needed on the opener. Because the opener was 19 years old I didn't want to invest any money into to it. We ended up replacing the opener and fixing the electronic eye. The tech also realized that some wiring had to be re-done and did that w/o charging me any extra money. The previous owner had jimmy rigged 2 incompatible systems together. The tech replaced rollers and ensured the spring and door itself were operating correctly. Everything works great now. I have used this company one other time and both this experience and the other one was very positive.

It was very good. It's an all around "A" for them, it was excellent. They were punctual, on time, friendly informative. I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased Angie's List Big Deal. The company contacted me within two hours and scheduled appointment for that day. Technician (Todd) called about ten minutes before he arrived. Performed work punctually and professionally. Very happy with the service and the company. Will use them again when need arises.

Serviced the garage door and replaced the rollers. Very prompt and courteous . Did not use pressure sales tactics. I was very impressed with the quality of their service.

I wish I had checked on the cost of these items...($30 on Amazon). So $139 installation? Took 20 minutes. Granted, I did not know what the problem was with the unit. The Rep., Jared, was very nice a professional...knew exactly what I needed.

Very pleasant man named Troy, showed up promptly on a very miserable day. The garage door was very noisy and when he finished it was much quieter. I am very pleased.

they arrived when they said they would arrive. Accessed the damage. Gave me a quote. Worked quickly and told me about the lifetime warranty on the replacement springs. Also examined my side rollers which were metal and they were rubbing the metal tracks - I replaced with a teflon type roller which was quitier and also had a lifetime warranty. They worked quickly and were very polite. I am so glad I found this company.

Hinges popped off early one morning. Being new to the area, I went to Angie's List & found Family Christian Doors. I called & was told someone would be out within the hour. Twenty minutes later, Jared called to say he was on his way. He accessed the problem, replaced the broken hinges, tuned up both doors and installed an ORB on the larger door. We have cedar doors which are extremely heavy. He thoroughly explained the process and addressed all of my questions in a very professional manner. Would definitely recommend!

Everything went extremely well. The company was very responsive when I called to schedule, and Jared, the technician, was very nice and knowledgeable. Ultimately, they did a quality job for a reasonable price, and I would recommend the company's services to others.

I called FCD around 10:00 AM but I wasn?t expecting any service due to the snowy weather. However, they had a serviceman already out working and we schedule an appointment between 2:00 ? 4:00. It took the tech, Ricky, to drive for 2 hours which normally takes 40 minutes due to the weather and made his appointment time. I wasn?t expecting any service until next week due to the weather. The spring was replaced and fixed, plus replaced 4 of the rollers, and inspection of the door. Ricky explains all replacement parts and future maintenance to keep the door in good working order. He was super pleasant and time efficient during the entire work. Super guy!!

It went really good and he did a good job. They tried to sell me other stuff. The scheduling was good. The technician was very polite and a good guy.

I bought a tune up and inspection for $24 (Angie's List Special). When Family Christian Doors arrived, they were on time and friendly. I asked questions about the age of the garage opener given I had just purchased the property and my tech told me that it was about 2-3 years old. which it was. Very honest and nice to work with. I did however "need" to replace the rollers, which I did, but I could not apply the $24 toward the $99 roller special. My total was $123 and then he subtracted the $24 so I owed $99. Again, very nice, I just felt this was overpriced. Had I only paid $99 minus the $24 Angie's list special, I would have been a happier customer.

The garage door broke at 6 a.m. on 2/3. I emailed them through Angies list at 10 a.m and they called me at 10:23 a.m and had a repairman at my home at 11:47 and the door was fixed and he was gone by 12:35. Wonderful person, great company, would use them again every time!

All went well. A minor adjustment had to be made after the next day. They came right back out and made the adjustment at no charge.

I scheduled the appointment and they called me that morning to verify the appointment. Since they gave me a two hour window, I requested they call me when they were on the way so I could be there, but not be stuck waiting at home for two hours. She indicated they would. Troy called me later in the afternoon, mentioned that he was running a little early and asked if it would be convenient for me to meet him a bit earlier. That worked out well for me. Troy tested the garage door and found that it reversed properly, however, upon seeing the inspection report, verified that it did indeed reverse upon coming in contact with 2" of a hardback book (yes, he actually measured with a tape measure to make sure it was 2"). He then stated that since he was already there, he would go ahead and lubricate the chain on the opener and the rollers on the doors so it would open and close more quietly. After that, he wrote a receipt that included then when he performed the test with the 2" of hardback books the door reversed properly, so that I could turn that in to my real estate agent as evidence of completion of the repair. Troy was extremely helpful and friendly and provided exactly what I needed -- and a little bit more. :-)

Garage door tune up and replaced all the metal rollers

They did such an amazing job. We highly recommend them. Our home is older, and our entire old garage door system was a mess. They replaced it with the new one, and it looks like it's always been there. They went over and beyond to make sure ever crack and unlevel space in the door area was filled so that the new door is flush and perfect. We were so impressed and blown away with their work. They also got it all done within a day, and were right on time getting here to start the project. We're so happy with them!

I had purchased a $24 tune up because I was having problems with my garage door not coming down sometimes. When the tech arrived he asked me a few questions and examined the door and rollers. He showed me that the rollers weren't moving and suggested that I have the rollers replaced. I agreed to that service which was very reasonably priced. He was quick, efficient, clean and nice. He said that since the problem I had been having didn't present itself while he was out that he wasn't sure what he was doing would completely fix it, but he did offer suggestions for if the problem happened again after he left. When he was finished it sounded like a brand new garage door with none of the horrible noise it had been making previously. It runs much more smoothly. The problem that I was having has happened once more since. I did what he suggested and it has worked perfectly since.0

Family Christian Doors had a ninety-nine dollars special coupon sale on Angie's list in November. I signed up for the coupon on Sunday night and they called my wife on Monday morning. My wife scheduled a Wednesday appointment with them. They showed up on time and delivered the goods (on time and on price). I would highly recommend using them if you have any garage door issues.
