It turned out fine. It was a good experience. It was a big deal purchase. There were no other charges.

They were just fine. They showed up, called early and asked if it was okay if they came early, we said okay and he showed up and replaced the rollers and told us about our door. I think it went fine. He was helpful. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need.

The two representatives were on time. Before seeing the interior of the door, and withinn a minute of opening my front door, one representative launched into a speech of me needing a new garage door. He communicated several options but the entire experience made me feel uncomfortable. I thanked them, did my research later, and ended up going with a different company for a new garage door that was not as quick to close the "sale".

Outstanding company to do business with from the initial call to the end of the service call. We would never use anyone else now. Our system is old, so we may need to replace it soon. Family Christian Door has earned all of our business.

I bought the garage door tuneup for $24.00, because my remote control was not working. Jerry, the technician, explained the problem to me, fixed it, and then made a reasonably priced suggestion to decrease the wear and tear on my old garage door which also reduced the noise the door made when opening and closing. I replaced the wheels for $89.00. I'm extremely pleased with each interaction I had with this company, from the first call back, to the scheduling of the appt, and definitely the service provided by the expert technician, who was also friendly and customer-service oriented. Well done!! I will definitely return! I even sent in my Customer Review Form to their office because I was so pleased with the work!

I bought the garage door tune-up for $24 from FCD. Scheduling was easy and the guy on the phone was friendly. The technician showed up on time, but he immediately started telling me that the garage door I purchased was the worst one on the market and it would fall apart in a few years. I bought it from Lowes a couple years ago and had them install it along with a new opener. I plan to sell my home this year, so I wasn't going to spend thousands on a new garage door. The technician kept going on and on about what a piece of junk my garage door was and then he tried to sell me upgraded ball bearing rollers for it. Why would I invest a bunch of money in new rollers for door that, according to him, was just going to fall apart? My rollers were not even worn out or broken. I could not wait for this guy to finish his work and leave. Not a good experience.

Bad weather delayed installation a bit, because a new post had to cure. Had to return the following day due to need for more steel than anticipated, but did so promptly, cheerfully. Meticulous about cleaning up worksite. Will call these folks for annual maintenance and inspection.

This is the second time we have used Family Christian Doors. We had initially had our Garage door opener replaced by them. The person who had come out to do the work was professional and courteous. That was almost a year ago and it was time to do maintenance. So as soon as I saw the coupon from them I bought it. The whole process went by smooth. I got a message within 24 hours emailing me the availability schedule. I confirmed the appointment based on my convenience. I was not present at the time of service but my wife was. The person who came out to do the work was very courteous and helpful. He explained the work he did to my wife. We had been getting some squeaking sound every time the door moved up and down. He explained the reason and lubricated the rails and joints. The sound was gone and the door has gone back to being silent again. We are very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.

Great, on time & did more work than asked at no extra cost

It turned out okay. It wasn't what I thought it was but it turned out okay. The technician was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about doors.

This is the second time I have used FCD. First time was for a $49 tune-up....all went well. Yesterday, Micah came out to do some repairs and install new springs. Door was acting up (old door), sticking and not supported properly. He fully explained what needed to be done and I gave him the green light to install the springs and a new strut. Micah was great at making sure I understood everything and was good about going over a maintenance plan for our door going forward. Would def use them again!

Great experience with this company! I purchased the big deal from Angie's List and did not get around to using it until about 4 months later. When I called, they were able to arrange for a technician to come out just a couple of hours later. He called when he was 15 minutes away and was actually able to come out about 20 minutes before the 2 hour window I had been given, which was great! He was pleasant and worked very quickly. At the end, he made a couple of recommendations, but was not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend this company!

We had a great experience. They were on time, knowledgable and very helpful. He tuned up our old door so that it would close properly until they could get the new one ordered and installed a couple of days later. They hauled away all the old parts. Our new door works perfectly. Would use them again.

Family Christian Doors - showed up ahead of schedule. I asked if my doors needed rollers on both doors (3 car garage) and they told me only a tune of for one of them (show's their honest).

They did a very good job. I appreciated the work they did. I was satisfied with the price.

We kind of fell through the cracks initially on a "Big Deal" but once we reconnected they were very prompt. The technician also went to the wrong house and scared the bejeebies out of our neighbor, but that was an honest mistake. The work was completed efficiently and the garage door is working better now

The office called and confirmed my appointment prior to the tech's arrival. Ricky showed up on time. As we tested the garage door he explained what was happening. After proposing a simple solution he went about his work and was done quickly. He made a suggestion that I purchase nylon rollers to reduce the sound and increase efficiency of the door. I declined, but it was not high pressure. Ricky looked good in his company shirt. Most importantly, the door works great! Thanks

Micah called us when he was going to be late, which was fine by us. Then he checked out our screeching, unbalanced garage door and talked my husband through what he was doing and why. He did a wonderful job: no more screeching and the door goes down nice and smooth.

Company contacted me immediately after receiving my request for services. Technician arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. He changed the bulb in the garage door opener at no additional cost. He was also very helpful in explaining the work that he would be doing and why, and suggested things that I might want to consider for the future to prevent further problems, and improve door operations. I would highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again.

The office staff was very pleasant on the phone. The repairman, Todd, was also pleasant and punctual. I originally bought the $24 tune up deal, but Todd suggested also replacing the rollers.

Our garage door was making noise as if it was going to break soon. I found a deal on Angie's list and purchased a $20 tune-up. Very next day, I received a phone call from FCD and made an appointment to come the house next day. They gave me a 2 hour window, 12 noon-2. They called me 15 minutes before noon to let me know they are on the way to our house. Jared, a tech, showed up on time, and looked at the garage. He recommended to replace all of the rollers and I agreed. He replaced rollers, greased hinges, I think he did something else but I don't remember.. All the work was done within 25 minutes or so, and our garage door opens and closes with much less noise. I paid $89 for the roller replacement. I don't know if this was high or reasonable, but I am happy with the work. I recommend FCD to anyone.

My appointment was scheduled between 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. I was surprised the technician arrived exactly at 4:00 pm. He was friendly and very professional. He replaced not only the rollers, but also a broken hinge that I hadn't noticed. I thought the emergency pull to the garage door opener wasn't hooked up properly. Turns out it was "operator" error and he showed me how to use it. He thoroughly explained my door's features and how they functioned together. He advised that I oil the springs and hinges to make them last longer. So I bought a can of lubricant from him and he taught me how and where to spray it. I appreciated the time he took to teach me all of these things. The work itself was accomplished very quickly. I'm impressed by his service and how the company stands by their work and products. I highly recommend Family Christian Doors and will use them again.

They were wonderful! I liked the fact that they were punctual. They came, they did their work and when they left everything was nice and clean. I didn't have to clean up after they left. I was very please with them. I would definitely use them in the future, no question about it!

There may be a company that can do it cheaper, but I doubt anyone could have done it better or faster. I don't like arranging home repairs on my own, but this was as painless as it could be under the circumstances.

I arranged for the tune-up on Angie's List. I received a message from the company that there was no phone number on file for me. I responded to the message AND called them on the phone. While on the phone, my appointment was set. On the day service was scheduled, no one showed up or called me during the two-hour window established. I called and found that there was no record of my service call on the company's schedule. I had arranged my schedule around being home during this time, so was quite disappointed. Mark at Family Christian Doors was apologetic, and scheduled my service for the next day, before noon. The technician, Troy, arrived early and completed the service. He was courteous and professional, and the results were a much quieter-operating garage door.
