Knowledgable and courteous technician. Did the work without trying to upsell me a bunch of things I didn't really need. Was very helpful with giving information on how to properly upkeep the door so it would continue to function properly. Door is much quieter and works great!

The company called me right away, and my service was scheduled quickly; it would have been done next day, but it was my schedule that caused it to be a day or 2 later. These guys were amazingly responsive to request. Chad & Louis arrived on time, and got right to work. My door & opener are very old, and I was expecting to be told of many very expensive things that needed to be done. Chad did recommend that I have the bearings & rollers replaced, and it is true, I did... that is why I bought the tune-up in the first place - because my door had been making a screeching noise for several years. Because my door is old, there is plenty of opportunity to try a big upsell on me, and these guys did not. Chad also went the extra mile & replaced the light bulbs while the light box was open. Both Chad & Louis were extremely polite, courteous, respectful, which is hard to find these days. My garage door runs smoothly now, is very quiet, and issues seem resolved. Chad also gave me some good/helpful maintenance education/advice. I feel like I got an extremely good deal for the service provided. I will definitely use Family Christian Doors for future garage door & opener needs.

The only reason I did not use is because I received a letter in the mail offering the same deal with the same company that was cheaper.

Great! Purchased a Big Deal for them to come out and do a regular maintenance call on my garage door. I was having a problem with my light not triggering to turn off and thought my sensors were not lined up properly. He tighter loose screws and bolts all over system, as well as oiled and primed all hinges/tracks etc... Advised on that state of my opener and what he estimated the problem with the light could be. He provided exactly what the Big Deal advertised. The company was prompt in contacting and scheduling the appointment. The tech was on time. Fine service all around.

We called and make an appointment. Provider came on time and called 20 minutes before he arrives. He did his job and gave us a estimate for the repair.

Chad called and showed up as promised, the whole process was smooth with no surprises and no hidden costs of any kind. Very professional, highly skilled and all my questions and issues were addressed. I really appreciated the fact that they cleaned up after the job - in fact they may have left my garage cleaner than how they found it. Even programmed my car's built in buttons to operate the new garage door opener. Highly recommended!

We had a big repair and Family Christian Doors did an excellent job and was cheaper than other places we had gotten estimates from. They were very professional and even fixed our garage door that had been broken for months and did not charge us. Highly recommend this company!

Shows up, tells me I need a cable for $129 I say ok. Then he says to adjust the tracks for the door' is 5 minutes of work to trim the track with a sawzall and it costs $59.99. I asked, "So the fee I paid for tune up won't cover this 5 minute adjustment? He says, "no everything is extra and he would only tighten bolts for the fee $25" He never tightened anything or did a Tune Up. I said, I can't believe you leave the tune up and won't adjust track unless I pay more $" he said "absolutely" and left. I want the tune up fee Refunded and I want folks to know - DO not use this unprofessional falsely advertised Christian Door Company. Rude, unprofessional, sloppy, and definitely trying to rip you off on the up sale. Another provider agreed to tune up and replace the cable for $75 total. FCD wanted close to $250 and counting before he was asked to leave.

Came the same day I called. Scheduled a time frame but was able to come earlier than scheduled.. He explained all needed repairs. He was polite and completed the work in a timely manner. He went over the safety instructions.

Technician (forget his name) showed up on time and was very nice. Explained how everything worked and did the tune-up. I would definitely use Family Christian again.

The guy that showed up was very courteous and called couple of hours earlier than the the scheduled appointment to find out if he can come earlier and came earlier as communicated. He did some tune up along with changing the rollers which he was trying to upsell nicely but I bought it not being an expert even though he wasn't really pushing for it. Garage door does make a lot less noise than it was doing prior to the tune up and so I got that I expected

Tech tuned our garage up perfectly. Sounds 1000% better. He answered our questions and didn't try to upsell to hard. Highly recommend them.

From the initial phone call through the purchase and install, they were professional and courteous. The cost for the door that I wanted (designer wood look, insulated. with garage door opener, etc) was in line with other providers - but these guys gave me the confidence that I would be working with a team that backed up their sales promises... and they did. My door is beautiful and everything I wanted! It operates quietly and it is the envy of the neighborhood! Thank you FCD!

The service was set up and appt made. They called early the day of install and asked for a little later time. This was not the best scenario; however the early call instead of just being late was respectable. Replaced the door, rails, and attached to opener quickly.

.I had an appointment at 11:00am that morning and had to get my car out of the garage. The gentleman answering the phone early Friday morning had someone at my house within 2 hours with everything he needed to replace the spring. While he was there he examined to overall working of the door and the garage door opener just to make sure everything was working...We have already given this company's name to others.. Christian Family Doors rocks!!! We recommend them highly and if necessary will use them in the future.

Excellent service, very professional & excellent work. Both doors are working perfect now! Would definitely recommend!

There was an issue, they worked with us and fixed it. They had to take out old garage door and install new one. The had to cut out old framing and doors. They had to cut out rotten wood. When they were cutting, they accidentally over cut into the trim and siding. The didn't include rot in original quote, so they had to come back out. They gave us a quote for the rot. Then they replaced the overcutting at no additional cost.

It went very well. The guy that came was professional. Did not try to up sell me.
