Everything turned out well. The technician, Ty, was very professional, arrived on time for the appointment, and did quality work on both doors. The price seemed reasonable, too.

They came to do the tune-up but a spring had broke so they were unable to do the tune-up but they looked at other things for me since I had purchased a Big Deal.

It went very poorly. PLEASE AVOID FAMILY CHRISTIAN DOORS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

The service guy showed up on time and was very courteous. I explained what was going on with the door then let him do his thing. The issue turned out to be rollers, not the frame or door balance. He did the complete tune-up and replaced the rollers with new ones showing me the old damaged ones that were replaced. He adjusted the safety lights and pointed out by remote control option was turned off, something I did not know. He also pointed out that my door only had one spring, which was what was considered fine when the house was built. He offered a price/discount on installing an addition spring, but I did decline since the door had been fine with one all these years. Overall I was very happy with the work. I got my door working smoothly, everything was cleaned and lubricated, all safety features are working as they should and the rollers they installed for $75 have a lifetime warranty. If I ever need more work on it done or a new one installed, I will give them a call for sure.

He was prompt, friendly, and informed me of everything he was doing and why. Also gave me maintenance suggestions to prolong the life of the opener.

One of our garage doors had some loose wiring. They fixed it for the regular $24 service call price we got on Angie's list. Perfect service. Great!

The door was working fine when he left; however, the door opener still hits the light about half of the time when the door is raised.

Technician promptly called to schedule the service, showed up on time, walked me through what he was going to do, provided options to me, perfromed service on the first door so I could see and hear the difference in the door operations before proceeding to the second door. Very friendly and informative. Recommend this company.

Went great! I have used FCD before and forgot to write a review. Went great then also. Used Ryan both times. Ryan is a very knowledgeable, honest, polite young man. He knows what he is doing and does it promptly and correctly. The ladies in the office are very nice and get you taken care of. I would never hesitate to use them.

Troy tried repair my old opener, but it would not work. We decided to go with a new unit instead. He did not charge me anything for the failed repair!!! The installation took about 2 hours, he explained all operations to me and cleaned up all trash. I have used FCD twice and they are the very best, very friendly, customer service on the phone (Todd) is excellent. I recommend FCD to anyone.

They are awesome!!! I called to set up an appointment to discuss the garage door. I think it was Tony who meet with us on a Saturday even though it was not his Saturday that he normally worked. He was very professional, he answered all of our questions, gave us several different options of doors and did not pressure us into something we did not want. He just gave us the information and we made the decision. We knew what we wanted and he was able to make sure we got what we wanted. When time came to put in the door, they were great. They were on time, professional and told us how to operate the door, maintain the door, and gave a detailed demonstrated. He made sure he answered all of our questions. The door is awesome. The color was exactly what we wanted and we picked the barn door look to go with our our door shed that looks like a barn cottage. Thank you Family Christian Doors for an awesome door.

They did a really good job. They explained everything very well and were very professional and honest. Excellent pricing and a great deal.

The service started out ROCKY. The first tech sent for the tune-up informed me I needed a brand new top of the line lift master garage door opener, stating: "you've got five flashing lights and that could mean you need a whole new motor, you need a chain belt...you can't use a belt drive on a cedar door, and we need to tighten the spring and it may break" The tech never bothered to tell me that the motor has a lifetime warranty, Liftmaster does state the model belt drive unit I have works with a cedar carriage door and the spring was only 6 years old and well maintained. He also told me the company that originally installed my system (cedar carriage doors) "should have been fired." The door would to go up or down and green lights were blinking.....so I called before I did anything else. Because the tech went on and on about all the items wrong with the door that had previously been working beautifully and was only 6 years old I did some research of my own. Oh, and it had continually flashing lights NOT 5 repetitive lights and when I called the Liftmaster Company they informed me your door just needs to have the "learn/reset" button pushed....this is what I did and it worked wonderfully!! The first tech told me I would need to pay approx $650.00 for a new system. I called Family Christian the next day and spoke with a manager. He was professional, apologetic and willing to make the situation right. He sent the lead tech, Louis out the next day who was fabulous. He installed a new system for my parents (now that garage door opener and springs were almost 30 years old...any one remember Genie Garage Door openers from Sears) He also came back to redo my Tune-up and inspection on my "working" door. I would recommend this Family Christian without reservation, however that said "caveat emptor," do your research and read your garage door manual before accepting the "diagnosis" and agreeing to get a new system you may or may not need. NOT ALL TECHS REPRESENT GOOD COMPANIES WELL.

Tenant called in a panic saying that the garage door was malfunctioning. Called FCD and they were able to get a technician out only an hour and a half later. Extremely responsive. Everyone I spoke to, including the technician, was highly courteous and professional. The technician serviced the entire door system and replaced some hinges at a very reasonable price. Tech even installed one hinge at no cost because it wasn't in the original quote. The entire job was completed in less than two hours. Very pleased with this company. Will do business with them again.

The person showed up on time and worked very fast and in less than 30 mins he was done. I do see difference in the noise and I do see the areas he treated. I think I did a smart thing by calling them as they knew exactly what was needed. It was worth every penny and I would use them as my preference over others for sure.

Provider never showed up. Did not go well at all.

The tech came out and check the opener with a tunje up and did a good job. He was courteous and went right to work.

The gentleman arrived as scheduled, gave me pointers on garage door maintenance, tightened and lubricated all the bolts. He was very knoledgeable, professional, and polite. I will definitely use them again and of course recommend to family and friends.

Easy to deal with and quality service. I call them and told them what I needed, they ordered it. When it arrived they scheduled the install with me. The crew showed up on time, but they did forget to call me 30 minutes in advance. They make quick work of removing the old door, tracks and spring and then install assemble and install new door, tracks and spring. Took less then 2 hours.

They are timely, they did excellent work, they know all about fence and they got all done expediently at a good price, good workmanship, and we are pleased with that even though I don’t think we got them through Angie’s List LLC. I think we got them to the church directory. I didn't have a problem wiht the pricing, I mean, you pay for what you get. The quality was excellent. They were immediate.

He was very good. The fellow that came was a very nice man, they did a very wonderful job and in everything i would give them an "A" grading. There were no extra charges.

Very professional. Work we'll done. I would definitely use this company again!
