Could not figure out why my garage door opener couldn't open my door! Finally bypassed the automatic door opener and went to manually lift the door when I realized how heavy it was - that's when I glanced up at the springs and noticed one was busted!! Called FCD and they sent someone out that day. They replaced both springs and checked out my door and I was good to go.

Troy was great!! He even killed a wasp nest in my down spout.

They did a good job. They were here when they said they would.

It turned out great. They made some adjustments and now it's not noisy anymore. They were able to come out quickly. I didn't have to wait days for them to come, and they sent one tech.

Technician was extremely courteous and worked very quickly. He was very helpful in explaining to me some tips for good maintenance of the type of garage door which I have. Overall: EXCELLENT!

I bought the $24 deal on Monday night. Tuesday morning, the office called and scheduled me for the next morning (at my request). As promised, the tech called when he was 15 minutes out (I work five minutes away and requested they call when they were close). Louis and Randy were very polite and explained everything they were looking at. They made a few recommendations but were honest and not pushy at all. One recommendation was to change the rollers, which I expected because they were noisy. They said they could do it right now if I wanted and had a special running for $89 to do this if I wanted but again expressed no pressure whatsoever. They also went over general maintenance I could do and how to make sure the sensor was working and how to fix it if it got bumped out of alignment. Before they left, they also suggested I change the opener light bulb to prolong its efficiency and prevent failure. All very customer oriented and they were done in less than 30 minutes!

Called them at 9pm on a Sunday night and they actually answered. We scheduled for a 10am-12pm block the following day. The service tech called me 25 prior to showing up. Service tech was well-spoken and professional and completed the work within 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I had a lower quote from another company that was coming out later in the day and they matched it. They did try to upsell me on new rollers, an additional spring, etc, but I declined, and there was no hard sell.

The provider was on time, very personable, quick and did a very effective job with great results. My garage door was making a terrible squealing sound and it is now gone. When it is time to do anything with my garage door in the future this company will be my first call.

Super. Great service, very professional and focused on the task. Door were much safer, quieter and we were very pleased. At our request, he made recommendation for updating and installing new openers. We called them back in May and had the recommended openers and hardware installed. Again, a fantastic job and well worth the price. Will call them again if we have issues and certainly recommend them for anyone to use.

The technician - Micah, was very polite and knowledgeable.

He was running a little late but did call me. I can hear the difference in the way the garage door goes up & down. The noise has been reduced, sounds more solid & beefier. All in all, a good buy for me. I am not a "cheap deal only" kind of homeowner. I am always willing & have paid for quality work. The deals here allow me to test service providers to see if I can work with them long-term.

Things went well, no issues

They were great. I called to schedule a couple of weeks out and they were able to take care of everything that very day. He was at my house within the 30 mins committed and completed the inspection within 30 mins. There was only a minor fix and now my Opener is actually much quieter. He made suggestions on how to maintain the opener, what to look for in the event a malfunction. Very informative and helpful. I will definitely use this company again. Its the second like company and this was definitely the winner.

Everything went well. The work took little less than 2 hours. Everything worked back then and Everything works now like it did on the first day. It was easy.

They did what they said they would do. It was a fair price for what I wanted done for my garage door.

He's upfront, he came when he was suppose to, honest and he did a good job.

Chad called to advise that he could be hear earlier than the intial time period. I agreed. He arrived and performed the service and repairs in an efficient, professional manner. He did not rush, but was thorough and answered all of my questions.

Bought the Big Deal on Sunday, they reached out to schedule a visit on Monday afternoon - very friendly process. They sent Steve out on Tuesday afternoon. Steve was courteous, professional and kept in touch until he arrived. He spoke about the process and evaluated the door. Having replaced the rollers and performed service through another company in 2011 - Steve, to my surprise, said everything looks good. He went on to lube the chain, replace a few stripped screws, tighten the ones that were still good. Talked about potentially replacing the single spring with a dual spring setup, but it wasn't needed at this time. No tactics to up sell or talk about how this can be damaging if you don't replace now. Just honest, straight forward, excellent service. I would use this company in the future.

After the payment, I followed up in two weeks to get a status of the order. I spoke to three people before I finally reached Todd. Todd explained that no order was ever placed. Even though we had made the appraisal payment two weeks ago. I also asked Steve earlier if the coupon I had that showed a $50 discount coupon that I had would be applied to the repair job, and he said no I could not use it. I asked why, and I was told that they had already lowered the estimate price as low as they could go! After this, Todd called me back two days later and said that they had some confusion with the ordered panel and they could no honor the price that was originally quoted me and they would need another $75 to complete the job! So after paying for the order that was never placed, at a price that they quoted and could not honor, and did not honor the Angie's list coupon either,needless to say, they lost my business.

Friendly and courteous service. This will be the company I call in the future for garage door service.

Very prompt and courteous. .The only reason for a B rating is the fact that for weeks after the service, we still have goo dripping off the door opener railing. Glad that we haven't tacked it into the house so far. Not worth filing a complaint.

This was my first time having garage door repair and service. The technician was nice and knowledgeable. He took care of everything when I was out running errands. When I returned an tried to shut the garage door, I would initially shut. I called the technician and he offered to come back out, but it wasn't necessary. He talked me through how to set my sensors properly so the door would shut. I'm not very knowledgeable about garage door parts pricing. It seemed a little high to me, but everything came with a lifetime warranty.

Provider was 3 hours late. Although he did call to indicate he was running late, he still was nearly 45 minutes later than his last estimated arrival time. Provider did not have all of the tools necessary to perform the work required. He had no way to cut a brace and I loaned him a recip metal saw blade. His power tool batteries kept discharging and he had to wait for recharge. He did not adequately clean up after his work was done. There were several loose bolts and nuts left on floor and he did not replace items in the garage that he had moved to perform his work. Installation of braces on three doors appears to have been properly done. He supposedly corrected an off track wire problem, but did not adequately test his repair after performing the work. I suspect that the problem still exists (wire comes off pulley when garage door is completely opened), but I don't want to push it and will continue to use my own fix which was to limit the opening movement of the door. Provider answer to my concern was, if it fails again, call us back out. I plan to find another service if I need more garage door work.

The serviceman did do the tune-up and ordered me the new garage door opener since I was requesting a specific brand. They did have one on sale, but since I had 25 years of good service from the old one, I decided to stick with that brand, so I chose to pay the additional costs. He returned to following day and installed the new one, quickly. He also reviewed the operation with me and cleaned up all the mess, taking the old one away. The service was very good.
