I called and spoke with the owner. He was great! He spent an hour on the phone with me walking me through every aspect of buying a garage door. Most of the hour was me asking questions. He provided a great price and was very nice to work with. i will use them in the future if the need arises.

We bought an Angie's List deal for a $24 garage door tune-up (through Family Christian Doors) since we had been experiencing some jerkiness with the garage door which was getting worse. They were very responsive and professional, and the door operated beautifully after they finished. In what seems to be an unrelated incident, a few days later, the bearing assembly on one end of the spring shaft locked up, causing the door to shift, a wheel to jump the track and a piece of weatherstripping to be torn. We called Family Christian Doors back out and they replaced the set of bearing plate assemblies (both sides of door - $79), made some other adjustments and have ordered weatherstripping (7' piece with wood backing - $50) to replace the side where the damage was done. The first visit was covered by the Angie's List deal. There was no "service call" charge for the second visit, just a charge for the parts which even seemed to be discounted slightly. Family Christian Doors has been excellent to deal with, and we are satisfied with the quality and professionalism of their service. We would certainly use them again for these or similar issues related to our 25-year-old garage door!

It turned out well. They did some additional work and replaced a part to make the door quieter. My overall experience with them was good.

Family Christian Doors promptly called me back and scheduled a service call the same morning. The scheduler told me that the repair person should be onsite between 10:00 and noon. The repair person called before showing up and arrived about 10:00 AM promptly. Within an hour, our garage door was back in working order. This is the second time I'v utilized this company to repair my garage door, and they are simply fantastic.

Everything went well. He reinforced both garage doors. Everything works well now. He gave the advice to lubricate every couple of months. He even told us where to purchase the lubricant. He was very informative, punctual, and efficient.

Everything turned out well. The technician showed on time, did a good job with the repairs, and acted courteously while doing the work.

Very satisfied. Old garage door died Thursday evening, called Family Christian Doors Friday afternoon based on Angie's List reviews, they came out Friday morning and an hour later I had a brand new door at what I considered to be a good price. It works great, is quiet, they were very professional and cleaned up when done. Overall it was a great experience. They even gave me tips on how to maintain the door to keep it working flawlessly for years. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them if I need maintenance in the future.

Doors original from 1983. Openers 1990's Wanted them to work well but did not want to spend lots of money. Previous company (Not on Angie's list) quoted $1300 to $1500. Even told me the motor in one of the openers was burned out and needed to be replaced. Technician from Family Christian Doors checked out. No burned out motors. Rollers needed to be replaced, mounts for rails had come loose and needed to be secured.

My experience went pretty well. There was one technician here doing the work and scheduling an appointment was good. They were not able to fix a few things when I was hoping they could. They did everything that they said they would do.

First question was, "What kind of problems are you having with your door?" I told him, "none, just figured it was time for some preventive maintenance." He then told me that I needed to replace all the rollers on my door for $100. Showed me wear the current rollers have made shiny wear marks on the guides. These are the same rollers that are standard on every garage door that I have ever seen and the marks are just the wear as the roller passes over the guides. I deferred and he closed the door and took out his drill and tightened the bolts holding the hinges to each section. Five minutes later, he's done. That's it... I do have an opener that is intermitent and ask him if he could adjust it. He held it for a moment and then told me that it was just old and needed to be replaced. He had a universal one in the truck that he would sell me for $89. Again i deferred and he went to his truck for quite a while and came back with a receipt. He told me that he needed my Angie's purchase order number in order to fill out his paperwork. I then needed to back into the house and get on the computer to find it for him. I feel that whole "tune-up." is just a reason to look for other things to sell. They have another "special for $99 that includes all new rollers, which is the same thing that they offered me and probably everyone who responds. BTW, I found a brand new opener on EBy for $15 and programing it was pushing one button on the opener after pushing one button on the controller.

They did a really good job, and they were friendly and professional.

I called in the morning and Chad arrived within a few hours. He was extremely professional, cordial, and experienced. He took a reasonable amount of time to perform the tasks, cleaned up after himself, and made us very glad we contacted Family Christian Doors. My husband is very particular and critical, and all of his concerns were addressed. He raved about the good job that Chad did, which is quite unusual for him - he thinks perfection is to be expected. I'm very pleased with how the appointment went, and I will use FCD should I have any other concerns with my garage doors.

It was fine. They did what they said they would do. They fixed the problem and did it at the price they said they would. If I needed to, I’d use them again.

I did not use the Angie's Deal, the provider stated that I could contact Angie's for refund, did not.

The appointment was set between 10-12pm, and Eric showed up toward the end of the time window. Within 30 minutes, he completed the garage tune up, and replaced all of our original rollers on the garage door. The garage door used to make A LOT of noise when being opened/closed. After the tune up, it sounds MUCH better/quieter. I purchased the initial tune up special for $24.00, but had to pay an additional $75 for the new rollers. Overall, I'm very pleased with the services provided by Family Christian Doors.

He inspected and determined I needed another spring. He did some routine maintenance and showed me how the system worked. I was able to program an old opener after changing the battery based on his instruction.

It was great. Scheduling went just fine. They were prompt and came right out. They sent 1 tech. We had to pay an additional fee for a backup battery. This company installed our door originally.

We had two garage doors that needed to be serviced (both had never been serviced in about 15 years). Tech recommended that both springs be replaced and gave us a reasonable quote of $300 to replace both springs. We were satisfied with work and pricing of job provided.
