Came quickly. That is positive, Negative. Oversold and Overpriced Needed 1 spring. Technician will try to scare you into buying 2 springs. Tells you need other repairs for parts other garage companies have not heard of when you comparison shop. 2nd Price I found out later was the price was twice as much as local companies with service included. I am done with this company.

They inspected the door and found that it needed new rollers and had to tightened the tension on the chain. It is working very nicely now with no issues.

Tune up was OK. It was more towards the sales side. Overall, it was ok for the price tag. Would I hire again..Maybe.

Well there were a lot of hidden charges not stated in the service or by the Schedule person of the event, not covered in the angieslist information on the price and what it included. The work was good, service person was professional.

Better thank excellent. Zorka came out gave me estimate and it was a great price. His two guys came and set the iron post and the following week reset my iron gate properly and installed the electrical box for opener. This company is trustworthy and dependable and they do not try to sell you up. Also Zorka- knows his business. I would use their expertise service over and again.

Beware! Don't hire. Total waste. My garage door was functional and after tune-up it never worksi The manager refused to refund, I ended up with non-fuctional garage door.

The service was wonderful, He was a polite, smart young man and his name is Ethan, He repaired my garage door opener. He is careful and very caring young man, very professional. I will always use this company again and I will recommend them to my friends and clients. I cant say enough good things about him!

Really well. Steven replaced the switch with a new one and explained about the non-ball bearing wheels that are currently on the door. Those were not very good ones and he advised about replacement roller wheels with ball bearings. These would be quieter and smoother. I chose to go with those. So Steven replaced the wall mounted switch, replaced the rollers and aligned everything about the garage door and put lubricant on the wheels other locations. I was pleased with his work.

Excellent! Our garage door needed some serious repair. He was able to fix it and getting it working properly again. We will have to replace it eventually, but were happy to pay for a repair for now. We are very happy with the service & absolutely recommend using Family Christian Doors.

This service was exceptional. I got more done at less cost than just 7 years ago when I had just the springs replaced. FCD also provides a lifetime warranty on the springs and rollers. If they ever fail I just pay $99 for replacement. Chris, the technician could not have been more friendly and professional. I highly recommend FCD.

2nd time was done well. 1st time was sloppy and incomplete

Spring broke on garage door. Since there was only one to begin with two were installed. Also the rod that supports the springs needed to be replaced. It was only after this service was performed did I check the normal repair costs. He wanted to charge over $500 until I reminded him of the Angie's List discount. Anyway half a grand to replace springs and a rod? Doesn't pass smell test. Beware.

I called FCD based on their positive reviews on Angie’s List and was very shocked at my experience. I was first told that my appointment was between 2-4 today, but the technician arrived at 1:30 with only a 10 minute notice. Very unprofessional to not notify me he would be early to allow me to arrive home before he got there. He then proceeded to try to gouge me with a quote of $175 per spring plus $45 installation. He also wanted to replace all the rollers which I quickly shut down. I was quoted a much lower price by another company and quickly called to double check their quote. I was told directly to “not let anybody charge me $175 per spring, that is outrageous!” After another call to a third company who was able to come out right away, I learned that FCD had been bought by a new owner and that they were now in the business of ripping off customers. No longer “very Christian!”

Install went very well. Had doors done on different days. both doors installed in two hours.site was very clean and they hauled away doors for me.

A representative arrived for a scheduled appointment on time to review the property. The rep did not have a business card nor did he follow-up with a quote for work as requested.

After inspection, it was recommended rollers and bottom seal be replaced (on a 17 year old garage door which had never had maintenance). Job was done quickly and we hope to have another 17 years after this repair! Thank you!

Our door broke this afternoon and they were able to send out aa technician the same day. He even arrived 30 minutes prior to the two hour window. He replaced the main spring and also noticed that the steel cables on each side were splitting. After this, he tuned up the door so that it closed better.Main spring
