They did a great job. They showed up when they were supposed to and weren?t here for long which was good.

Agent arrived on schedule, ins[ected door, sold an upgrade for nylon rollers in addition to the prepaid tuneup. All completed within an hour and am satisfied with work but realize I could have saved $30 by opting for a larger prepaid service at Angies list, Was not offered an Angies list price. We are satisfied but would have been very satisfied if a different payment option had been offered.

Mika was a very professional technician. He provided quality service and completed all work required.

It was fine. I had purchased a Big Deal for the job but I had to pay another $90 or something. It has been working great since. This was the first time I used them. They were quick and did a good job.

I felt the service man had to be more concerned with an upsell than listening to me as a customer. I felt he was unprofessional and disrespectful to me as a prospective customer. I had used this company before and gave them great marks, however this service man could only tell me how dire and unsafe things were with my door and i needed whole new doors. I asked repeatedly what would it cost to repair and make what I have usable. He continued with his effort to upsell me. All during my interaction with the serviceman he kept calling me buddy. Let me get one thing straight here, I am not your friend, buddy, brother or anything else but your prospective customer. We have not known each other other long enough for you to address me in this manner. You need to show respect for your customer and maybe they will choose to do business with you. Try sir or mr. (Last name). It will go a long way in how the client may feel about doing business with you. In the end I felt like I was being ambulance chased for more than I needed all the while he was doing his best used cars salesmen routine. Who wants that experience? Not me so I will not call on them again.

Very prompt in response. Technician, Matthew, knew his business and was very helpful. Not only do we now have a new opener, but also a "very quiet door". Price included new opener, two remotes, and a wireless number opener for outside door. Also replaced worn rollers with new nylon rollers. Very pleased with service and price.

We had some remodeling work done and our remodeler recommended them. Overall the job was fine. They didn’t actually have to do anything. Their price was very reasonable. They were here the same day and were very professional.

They came out promptly and gave an acceptable estimate and returned that afternoon and installed the door and even threw in some free weather stripping. Prompt, quality work done in a very professional manner. Highly recommend.

Check garage door for properly operation. Tightened and lubricated all hardware. Check garage door opener operation. Very efficient and informative.

On 1/29/15, the torsion spring on our garage door snapped in half. We were unable to lift the garage door to get our vehicle out. We had used Family Christian Doors before and they had done great work so we called them. Although late in the day, they sent a technician over right away. He assessed the problem, gave me an estimate, and made the repair on approval. The technician took the time to go through the entire door lubing all hinges and rollers and adjusting the opener and safety beam. He was very thorough as well as polite and worked quickly restoring us to proper working order. I believe the technicians name is Aaron. I recommend anyone needing garage door repair to call these folks. Outstanding 5-star service!

Louis did a professional job of estimating and Pedro did a professional job of installing the door. FCD uses only quality products and does a exceptional job of installing them. Pedro chipped out the concrete slot in our floor so that the guide rails could nest properly, allowing the door to close with a tight seal against the floor. The door opens and closes quietly and exceeded our expectations. You can't go wrong with this company. I only wish they did other work in addition to doors.

He was very friendly and knowledgable. On time (called and asked if he could come early even). Worked quickly and efficiently.

He didn't fix my door. He said I needed a new garage door opener, which I couldn't afford at the time. He was nice. He seemed very thorough. They were good on all aspects, they just couldn't do what I needed. I wouldn't use them again because I would have no reason to.

Extremely well. The old spring broke one night and it was very important to get the garage door operational as soon as possible. I called FCD in the morning and they were able to send someone out that day. The technician, Micah, called when he was on his way, arrived on time, was very courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had it repaired and in perfect working order within 2 hours. He advised about the safe operation and gave us very detailed recommendations about regular maintenance. We used FCD previously to replace the garage door opener itself (the motor) and that work was also done perfectly, so their services are consistent. We will definitely use them for all garage door needs in the future and can strongly recommend them.

They were good. They installed a new battery and did some repairs. I have recommended them and actually my son has used them.

They were wonderful. They're A for everything. They came in and accurately diagnosed. They even upgraded my door to a door that is exactly what I wanted, quiet. They were fantastic. They were in and out. They cleaned up all their stuff. I paid for two big deals. I purchased extra because there was an extra fee on top of that because one of the garage door openers was bad in shape. He kept the same opener but he upgraded some of the parts. I'm so thankful that I did that because it works really well and quiet. I will absolutely use them again.

Contacting the provider was incredibly easy, and I was able to schedule the work within a week of the phone call. The technician was prompt and courteous, getting right to work. When he asked if I was having any problems with the garage door, I explained that the noise was pretty loud. He agreed and offered to upgrade my Big Deal to the one for $99 that included the tune-up and replacing my rollers with quiet nylon ones. What a deal! My garage door is much quieter!

Company called me back the same and set an appointment for next day. A cable which raises the door came off the wheel on one side. Tech gave me a price before starting which I agreed to paying. After completing the repair, he told me about other needed repairs that would help with the efficiency of the door. I agreed to the needed repairs and charges. I'm a mechanically inclined person and could have done those repairs. I just don't have the time to do it. I mention this because I believe the work performed is a bit expensive. Tech was very professional and did a great job. You have to mention your Angie's list coupon/deal before they give you a final price. I'm a little suspicious about doing that. Overall great work and a bit high on price. I would still shop around next time.

My experience was very good. I was not there when they did the job, my neighbor was. They came right on time. They came within the day or two after the purchase. They did a very good job. They fixed those and got it all running really nicely.

This is company provides excellent service. It was easy to schedule an appointment after purchasing the big deal.

THE INDIVIDUAL WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED THE WORK BEING DONE. LUBE TRACKS AND SPRINGS. ALSO CLEANED THE TRACKS.

They were fine. They came out as promised when they said they would on the time slot. They got it done quickly. I went to their warehouse and look at the sample of the doors. They had a showroom and showed me around. They were all really nice and I will definitely use them again. The two guys showed up and they had the old door out in probably thirty minutes. After an hour and a half they have the new installed, adjusted and they were ready for my approval to look at it. They did not waste time, they know what they were doing. They did everything they were supposed to do. I couldn't find anything wrong with them.

I expected more actual work to be done, but this was more of an inspection. I don't blame the company for that though... I think I just needed to read the angie's list deal more closely. The tech did lube the doors and gave me some advice about work I should have done in the future.

He came out and fixed problem. It was actually a problem that another company had caused. When they were out I did feel like they tried to up-sell a bit, but the basic service was great. As for the problem itself, the door would come down then sometimes it would reverse back up again immediately. He ended up tightening a part to help with the sensitivity of the door which fixed the problem.
