Service technician was professional, gave me multiple options, and provided his personal counsel. New system has been fantastic so far and the tune-up on the other old system has worked well. Price was higher than anticipated, yet I do not have a good frame of reference. I would use them again. Schedule was backed up due to issues with prior appointment.

Love this company. He told us how to make our garage door quiet and smooth again. We don't have to wear earplugs when opening/closing the garage door now.

Great. We didn't know exactly what was needed, but we learned that our springs on the garage door were not sturdy enough to be working well with the motor and we learned that this is putting a strain on the opener. So we had the springs replaced and the door is working so much better!!

We had several workmen here the same day so very little interaction but provider's representative was prompt, professional, experienced and made some suggestions to improve operation. One suggestion re: replacing spring was accepted and we agreed upon a price after he called his supervisor to see if they had any discounts since I had purchased the Angie's List service.

Technician performed the routine check up and identified problems. He asked my permission to fix potential problems such as old rollers and inappropriate torsion springs. He also explained why the springs were not adequate and showed me how it's supposed to be. So I agreed for replacement then he provided additional discounts and credits for the repair work. Overall great service.

No work was done. Provider cancelled work order because of door construction. I am entitled to a refund of $24.00 paid by credit card.. William Mizell

I called late this afternoon hoping to get someone out to do an adjustment on the closing mechanism. I couldn't believe it when they said, "We can be out this afternoon." I was very pleased. It went wells, they offered a price to replace my single spring with a dual spring and outline the benefits and also gave me a quote on replace rollers for bearing rollers. I was pleased with the service that they provide.

The service guy arrived on time, was very cordial and friendly, and provided options for replacing my spring. We decided to replace both and replace the rollers. Price seemed fair and he was in and out rather quickly. Garage door reliably lifts and closes nice a quiet- just as I wanted!

The repair man showed up on time and was very professional. He talked to me about what he thought was appropriate for my double doors and after advising that the springs were not appropriate, he quoted me and changed them. He also put in an outdoor key pad. It was more than I wanted to pay, but I felt I may need to do it. The service technician came out and checked on them after his install and he was very nice. I would use them again, even if the price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay.

Came as scheduled and was here and gone in 45 minutes. He tuned door and recommended replacing the rollers on my door as they were worn. Agreed to service and it was completed.

One of the hinges on my garage door came loose, I was afraid this was the beginning of the end. I had dealt with FCD once before and was very pleased with their work. I called and asked for help and they sent Christopher out to look at my problem. He saw my problem and immediately put me at ease by letting me know this was a minor problem, one he could easily fix. After repairing the hinge he spent a good 30 minutes going over both doors tightening and lubricating everything. My doors are 25 years old and I?m not under the impression they?ll last forever. Christopher and I discussed what?s involved in replacement and although I?m not ready now I do know who I?ll call.

I originally purchased a tune-up special, but I knew my garage doors needs a bit more! After I purchased the tune-up contact was made quickly and we were also able to schedule an appointment quickly as well (all within a few days). Ty was very professional and I appreciate his efforts! I will use Family Christian Doors in the future as needed!
