Came out almost immediately and replaced part and tuned-up door. I wish everything went this smooth.

Original 15 year old garage door opener on my double door was starting to go bad--not closing consistently. Used an Angie's List coupon for a garage door inspection. They were out within a day of my call for the inspection, and came back the next day for repairs. Automatic opener and rollers were going bad. Spring was ok, but I elected to replace that with the opening unit. They replaced the rollers, spring, and installed a new belt-driven LiftMaster garage door opener. Very quiet unit. Very pleased with their work, and I plan to eventually have them out to replace an old unit on my single door.

I really liked the advertised coupon price for the garage tuneup but disappointed that my garage was too old for the service. The technician recommended 3 kinds of garage doors for me. I found several spots with the technician that needed replacement on the garage door but he told me the parts are probably not available anymore. A service appointment eventually became a sales call but I was thoroughly advised on replacement costs for my garage door. I would have liked it if the male representative would dress more professionally with no earrings.

Christopher was polite, clear in his communication and easy to work with. He accomplished the adjustment quickly after he had spent a long day in the field. I was nervous about working with a company this far from my house. No longer, they will be my go-to source for garage door work.

Then they gave me the EXACT to the penny cost for each choice I had. They explained it completely and what they had to say assisted me in making a choice. They repaired the door in record time; explained every charge on the invoice; including the guarantee/warranty. I know garage door repair is probably not something you do every month or even every year but you have a customer for life. Thanks for the honesty and integrity of your company and I'll spread the word!

This company was EXCELLENT. Did exactly what I needed with the punctuality, communication, and quality that was promised.

Showed up on time. Spent more than expected amount of time looking at my garage door and identifying what the issue was with my garage door not closing/opening properly (does not happen 100% of the time). Replacement opener was on the truck and installed without having to make another appointment. My one minor wish would of been having my in car opener programmed before installer left but this is a really minor comment. Installer did provide instructions on how to do this and it was simple to do.

The installer was very professional. Obviously likes and respects his employer as well. A good combination for the consumer.

This worked out very well. For the money it was very good.

The technician called in before arriving and was on-time. After taking a quick look at the 16 feet garage door, the technician recommended replacing the single spring and rollers with two springs and new rollers. I told the technician that I will consider replacing the recommended items in future and would only like the garage door tune-up this time. The technician seemed visibly upset with my response and rushed through the tune-up. Not very happy with the service.

Phil from Family Christian Doors came out and was very professional and could have easily up sold me on things I didn't need but didn't. Phi. was quick and knowledgeable and carefully went over every aspect of my garage door and tuned it to perfection. Would certainly consider FCD for future door needs. Thank you!

We called them after 2PM and they were scheduled for between 5 & 7 PM, but called ahead and came early. The Family Christian Door employees, Kyle Cisar and Zack McKissick were very professional, accomplished the work in a timely manner and did an excellent job. I believe the price was fair and reasonable for the work performed and I would recommend them highly.

So yes, I have a thing about garage doors and I want mine to both work and keep my garage reasonably climate controlled. When I moved to my new house, I immediately missed my old insulated door, and the convenience of the outside keypad. As Family Christian doors had worked on my old one, I naturally called them for upgrades to the new one. As always, they did a great job. They were able to add insulation to the door, but did let me know the added weight could create problems with the single spring. I elected to add a second spring while they were here. This is a really good, reliable company and I will continue to call them in the future. They completed all the work in a short period of time, and the door works great!

I contacted Christian Garage doors and was informed that my house was out of their service area and to contact Angies List for a refund. Update: Checked my account and I do now see my refund. Thanks.

Fine, I can see the benefit for them is to check for repairs which can be a good thing.

They did good. I really didn't shop for prices. They didn't do much. They're very responsive and professionalism was good.

They live up to their name, their staff is very friendly, honest and they follow Christian principles. They provide around the clock 24 services. They provide a 5% discount for seniors and take credit cards. They do not up-charge for the use of a credit card. The Tech was onsite about 4 hours assuring the perfect operation of the door. I would recommend the services of this firm to anyone, including my best friends.

I bought two garage tune up specials. I knew one of the doors had trouble because of the loud noise and banging. The technician evaluated the bad door and determined the springs were undersized and worn out. He had springs in the truck and replaced them. He then replaced the old keypad and remotes and programmed them all. He finished with the basic tune up of both doors. Not issues with this provider.

What a day! I've lived in my home for 14 years and have never serviced my one-car garage door. The primary spring cracked almost 5 years ago and defying logic, the door continued to work but became louder and louder through time. I just knew it was only a matter of time that the door would be completely inoperable one day soon. I consulted Angie's List this morning and first called another Dallas competitor with an excellent rating with over 1,000 reviews. After inspection this afternoon, that company recommended I replace the entire door for almost $500.00. I declined their recommendation and again consulted Angie's List for the second time today and found Family Christian Doors (FCD). I called FCD at 3:30PM and was told that a technician could come out late this evening between 6:00-8:00PM. When the technician called me at 6:30PM, he mentioned it would take him 25 minutes to arrive at my home. I told him that the door could wait until another day this week and that he should skip my appointment to enjoy dinner with his family. He insisted that it was absolutely no trouble to make the drive to Dallas. Talk about dedication and customer service! Louis arrived on time and immediately saw the obvious (a cracked spring) but said my door was perfectly fine and that I didn't need a new one. He was super HONEST (which is extremely important to me) and replaced the spring and the rollers in about 30 minutes for $250.00. My door has never been quieter and I'm $250.00 richer! Thank you SO much Louis, for your dedication and exceptional customer service and thank you FCD for hiring him! :o)

They were punctual, and professional, this is the second we have used them, they are very quick, worked hard to get job.

The service man was very professional and polite. He explained the work needed to be done and additional work that could improve the function of the garage door. The work was done quickly and it is still working great today. Thanks for the service.
