It went ok. The tech quoted me on all the work he could perform to bring my door into top working condition (>$500). I opted to only have the rollers replaced, since the rollers were dragging. I thought the price was a little steep ($225) but I had it done anyways. As soon as the work was complete I return to my laptop and find an Angie's List deal for Garage door tune up and roller replacement for $99 in my inbox. I immediately call FCD to see if anything at all can be done. I knew the chances were slim but it doesn't hurt to ask. They did refund me the $24 I paid for the tune up. The work performed was ok. Price was a little high. Although this was the second time I've used FCD, I don't feel I would call them back for any reason. I'll probably just try my luck with another garage door company when that time comes.

They were great. The guy was very informative about everything, and I didn't have any issues afterward. The price was average; It wasn't a great deal, it was just a little discount with the Big Deal that I bought.

It was good. There wasn't anything I disliked. The guy that did the work seemed competent and friendly. My interaction with them was good. There was no problem. The work was good. We haven't had any problems with the doors.

Within two hours of service request, Carl arrived, accessed and thoroughly explained repair options and completed repairs.

Karl were so nice and very professional. He did a repair instead of replacement. The door is working just fine. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Micah was very friendly and professional and was able to perform the entire repair on both doors immediately, even though we only hired FCD to do a tune-up. Total time was about 2-3 hours.

Bryon came within hours and fixed it to be functional again. explained all the dos and don'ts and suggested next steps. To the point, very professional and fairly priced. Bryon looked at it upon arrival and immediately knew what was going on. explained in detail why we need to do all the things. Explained what kind of doors are better and why. Bryon also explained what all operations he did item wise in invoice. He gave alternatives to installing a new door as well and told us the goods and bads of that approach.

The technician (Micah) came within the expected timeframe. Micah was very knowledgeable about his craft, as well as being pleasant, courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Family Christian Doors and especially Micah!!

Work was done quickly and professionally. Had tune-up deal and it was found that we had a spring and ball bearings out. Fixed on the spot and now garage door opens and closes quietly.

I purchased two Angie's List Deals & Offers to tune-up and replace the rollers on my home's garage doors. The day after I made the purchase, Family Christian Doors contacted me and dispatched a technician (Fidel) to perform the work. Fidel inspected the garage doors, identified the cause of the problems that I was experiencing (one door wouldn't open fully, loud operation when the doors were raised or lowered), fixed the problems, replaced the rollers, adjusted the automatic garage door openers, oiled the springs, etc. After he completed the work, he reviewed what he had done and gave me maintenance tips. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. The doors open and close much smoother and quieter now. I'd recommend Family Christian Doors for any work that you need on your home's garage doors.

The tech was great and did a good job doing the work that I asked. He wasn't pushy which is hard to come by with garage service companies. He made his recommendations and didn't hound me about it when I declined which I appreciated. The only issue I had is he did well outside of the service window because his prior appointment took a very long time. He was very nice about it though and I understand how that came happen. Luckily I was able to work from home from day so it didn't set me back too much.

They suggested I ask for a refund because they told me I need something more and gave me an estimate for a new spring for the garage door (larger one). They told me I would not be changed. Can you tell me how I go about getting reimbursed?

Replaced the spring (door was 25 yrs. old and the technician did not feel comfortable winding it back up - afraid it might break)......also replace the bearings, and performed a quick service on the door.

We are beyond appreciative for the time he spent updating, fixing, and informing us about all that was going on with the garage door. We would HIGHLY recommend this company, especially Fidel.

Awesome, they came out on Sunday gave us the price, coupon yeah!, and set up for the next day to instal. They arrived in time we're professional and did a great job! Couldn't be happier.

I checked with several service providers for cost to install a new Apollo swing gate opener. Family Christian Doors by far provided the best, thorough communication and a fair price. Their install team was on time, completed quality work, explained everything to me, and even did a quick complimentary mini tune up on my garage doors when I asked them about a tune-up special I had seen. They came back out to make an adjustment after a month and promptly replaced the circuit board when it failed after a couple months. This weekend one of the remotes failed and they replaced it as well. I don't think any of the issues are the fault of Christian Family doors, rather issues with the manufacturer components. CFD' entire team from dispatch, to sales, to techs are highly professional. I recommend them to anyone needing any time of door or gate work and will certainly continue to use them for any future needs.

It was fine. They sold me springs. I asked them to give me a quote on a new garage door and they never followed that up with me.

Fidel did a great job on a miserably hot day. Although he pointed out issues with both the garage door track and also the springs, he was not pushy or trying to oversell. I had him do the basic maintenance I originally hired him for, plus I had him adjust the improper installation angle of the track. Although I could see the problem with the springs that he pointed out,mI told him I would just have to work that into the future budget. His attitude was great the whole time, despite the extreme heat. Paid him $80 for the work performed ((plus a bottle of Gatorade!). Would definitely use Family Christian Doors again.

They came out on an extremely hot day and showed me that by raising the garage door up and down had blown something within the motor, the capacitor. He called his boss and turned out that he had a spare capacitor in his truck and was outside over 3 hours troubleshooting and repairing the garage door. They did not charge me anything over and beyond what I had already paid for the garage door tune-up. I was very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to others.

After talking on the phone with them, they gave me some tips about what I could do and saved me a bunch of money.

FCD had to order the style door we wanted. Order arrived within two weeks and installation went smoothly. Crew arrived on scheduled time and were polite and professional. Cleaned and hauled all old doors and debri with them. Very satisfied with the product and their service. Have used them before on a previous occasion.
