Description of Work: We have a 1 1/2 garage door, so they had to order this. It was suppose to be 3 weeks, but we got it and it was installed in about a week and a half. They installed the garage door, tracks and opener with 2 remotes and an outside keypad. The work was excellent. I would refer them to other people and would use them again if needed.

Description of Work: My garage door, which is 14 years old, locked in the up position and would not manually release to move up or down. Based on Angie's List, I contacted Family Christian Doors. They set up an appointment window for the next two hours. The service technician called me and arrived within 15 minutes. He determined what was the issue(s) and recommended several service options. He explained the risks and rewards of performing or not performing the services. The services performed included replacing a worn out gear,replacing all orignal rollers and bolds, installing two new springs, lubrication and door balancing. He estimated the work to take an hour and a half and he completed the work in one hour. I was very pleased with the work completed and the technician's professionalism and courtesy.

Description of Work: Started with Costco, cause they were who installed at my old house....Costco wasn't too quick to respond. Went on Angies list called them, had excellent customer service from the start. Very cconcerned about price, we have had some very unexpected bills. They were very helpful!! Understanding!! Acomindating! Scheduled a time, they arrived when scheduled now we have a fantastic door....we have an 20 year old opener, no high presure to replace, I have them scheduled a couple of months down the line to come and replace it!!

Description of Work: Quick response and service. Garage door fixed and opens smoothly now. It had gotten off track and the brackets were bent. We will eventually need a new door but he did not push us to get one now when we cannot afford it. Will def call them back to install new one when we are ready!

Description of Work: The motor went out on the garage door today. This is not a repair that happens often enough to have someone in mind to perform the needed repairs/replacement. Thanks to Angie's List and the reviews of past customers, we hired Family Christian Doors to come out and replace the motor. First, the women who took our first call had excellent customer service skills. She was very polite and she checked the scheduling and told us a tech could come between 2pm and 4pm. Not only was someone able to come on the day of the call, the tech arrived before 2pm. He was also very polite and professional. He gave us an estimate, credited a current Angies List coupon saving 10.00 and got the new motor and track on in less than 2hrs.Great experience for one of those repairs you dont see coming and need to address right away. Excellent Experience!
