Description of Work: Mica was my service tech, he was well experienced, reviewed the scope of work, advised what needed to be done and the cost. We agreed and he professionally completed the work...in general went above and beyond.

Description of Work: We had a cable break on one side of the garage door. The respond time was quicker than what we were told on the phone, and the quality of the repair seemed good. The complaint is the price. The last time this happened, the same repair was $85. We used another service, because I couldn't remember the name of the previous provider. Now I will track them down!

Description of Work: My garage door wasn't working, so I took this deal. Turned out to be a very easy fix (sensor lights were just out of alignment). He did oil and check all the working parts of the door, though, and was very professional and courteous. Would use them again.

Description of Work: My electronic driveway gate would not open...could not get my car out of driveway. Their crew came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty battery.They could have lied to me a sold me some very expensive work as I wouldn't have known the difference but they explained how I needed to connect a new battery,got the gate open for me to get my car out, I went and bought a battery (they didn't have one) and it worked! They did not charge me for the service. Very honest and helpful. Have recommended them to neighbors. WILL use again when needed.

Description of Work: Had a garage door that buckeled and collapsed. Called several providers, most of whom wanted to come out and estimate the job. Family Christian gave me a quote over the phone and was out the next day to replace the entire door. Promt, clean and quick.

Description of Work: They were prompt and did a door tune up as requested. Provided me information re: possible future failures and repair options that would improve door performance and help it last longer. However, I was very put off by the constant effort to sell me more services and the insinuations about other providers. Fortunately for all of us, my beau completed the work with them. He's far more patient. W/O the barrage I would have happily called on them again and gotten the additional repairs. I will now wait a while and consider my options.
