The first tech that came made a mess of things. During tuneup, he lost control of the door, it fell apart, was damaged, left grease all over the door and could not get many of the bolts back in. He was very young and not prepared for this or how to make it right. He knew I was not pleased and had nothing to say and left quickly. I called the office while he was still working and they sent a senior tech out to make things right the very next morning, right on time. He spent about 2 hours making it right and did a good job. Repaired all the damage perfectly. Thats why I gave a better rating because they made sure it was right. First tech would get a D, second tech an A. I will use again with assurance I get the senior tech again, because I will need another opener later on.

They were very good. They ended up having to replace the whole door. I have nobody to compare the price to. I did not meet with the guy, somebody else did that, so I cannot grade professionalism. I plan on using them again.

They had all the items to repair the garage door on their truck. It took no time at all to complete the repair. Garage door operates more quietly now.

I called Family Christian Doors on a Saturday at 10 am and by 2 pm they had Kyle, the service tech, out at my house for the repair. He evaluated the problem (the last garage door repair service had used springs that were too weak for the weight of the door) and calculated the cost of the repair on the spot. The price was very reasonable (they made it clear that they were not the cheapest, or most expensive, repair shop - the customer service rep said that 75% of their business is from repeat customers). They showed up within hours of my first call on a Saturday without any extra expense. Within an hour Kyle had removed the torsion spring bar (it was bent and very rusty, and had to be cut off), replaced it, and put in new bearings and springs. I wanted the work done on this 35 year old garage door because no maintenance had ever been done. Everything works smoother, faster, and quieter than it ever has. Since I replaced both springs (with the proper strength for the door weight) I have a lifetime warranty on them. I will recommend FCD to all of my friends and relatives. I just wish FCD worked on cars, ac units, etc. This is one of the very best companies I have ever worked with on any type of repair on my house or car.

Fidel arrived promptly to install new springs and rollers for my garage door. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and went above what I paid hiim to do. He explained to me the work he was going to do before he began and answered all of my questions along the way. He did an outstanding job. I would recommend Fidel to others looking for a quality job.

One of our garage doors broke on Monday so we needed to have both of them replaced so they would match. Micah gave us a quote on Wednesday and installation was scheduled for Saturday. The team of installers arrived and had the new doors up and running in an hour and a half.

FCD was very prompt, professional and prices are very competitive. Work was completed in a timely manner--no problems! He replaced the spring and also fully checked and "tuned up" both garage doors.

Circuit board had gone bad in control unit. Replaced entire unit. Chris S. was the technician. He did a fine job getting the job done quickly and thoroughly. Professional throughout.

They were wonderful, fantastic. They charged me a little bit for the pieces. They're really good. I'm going to use again to actually replace my garage doors when it's time. They called me within 2 days and were ready to show up. They are very reasonable and I'm going to use them again to replace my garage doors.

They were quick , efficient and made sure everything worked properly. My garage door is completely fixed now. Before they did any work I asked for their advice on a garage door header and using them to remove the garage door and put it back up when the header was replaced. The representative was knowlegeable about what I needed and let me know they can fix that. I requested a bid for the work and he called his office and requested a bid for me and let me know they will not be able to be out for 2 days to measure everything. He let me know that they can fix this without taking out the header and would have someone come by to look at the project and that they would likely be able to fix and brace the header, replace my garage door , track and assemble everything back together and do it for less than my previous bids but that he would have to have someone get back to me in 2 days when the assessor was available. I would use this company any time I needed help with a garage door fixed, repaired or replaced.

They were fast, repaired the door enough to get it closed. Great service and a well deserved thank you from ne.

They were good. Very good. Very prompt. They gave me good pricing. I got them from Angie's List. I think they're good generally. One of the other services, a spring replacement, that was higher than others, but I think overall they are still a good, competitive company. I don't have anything negative about them.

Chris S furnished and installed new opener on our garage door. Called to let me know he was delayed but arrived on time after he called. First class professional tech. He answered all of my questions and explained how it was to work before starting. Instal was first rate and he cleaned the work area before he left.

I will never have anyone else but them do my work in the future. In my 68 years, these are the most professional and honest contractors I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for any type of garage door work And most important, price was very reasonable

Their pricing was very competitive. We had a coupon for one door, but FCD extended us an additional discount for the second door. I just called them today and they scheduled my appointment on the very same day. Ricky was our technician and he arrived on time. He was very efficient and courteous and I was very pleased with the work.

So, the technician from Family Christian Doors, Brandon just (8:15 PM) left my home. Earlier today, I noticed that my garage was sounding really bad when I tried to close it. It reversed itself and opened. I tried closing it again. When I did that the door went off it's rockers (rollers). I tried calling the company that had been working on my doors for years. They wouldn't come out on a Sunday evening, even when I explained that I had to get the garage door closed because it leads into my house. That worked out for me because I took the opportunity to research Angie's List for a good company. I was still skeptical, but I am glad I called them and happy with the service they provided. Brandon explained what needed to be done and why, and told me up front how much it would cost. I will certainly give them another try.
