Description of Work: replaced chain that jumped off track because one bolt in track frame came out. also replaced all rollers with neoprene rollers. Track works, door works much quieter with new rollers. The young man was very polite and knew what he was doing. Answered any questions I had. Highly recommend FAMILY CHRISTIAN DOORS to whomever needs overhead door work done.

Description of Work: The crew was very professional. When they unpackaged the new garage door, it had a dent in one of the panels. they installed it beautifully so that our garage was secure and brought out a replacement panel a few days later. The whole job was done really well and this is the smoothest operating garage door I've ever had. I'll definitely use Family Christian Doors again.

Description of Work: Steven showed up on time and did a great job installing our openers. He also suggested some additional maintenance (and explained them fully) that would help our new openers last much longer. Overall, a great experience. I'd recommend Family Christian Doors to others.

Description of Work: We have 22 yr old gdoors so i wasnt expecting miracles but wanted to improve smoothness for open and close. We use the doors multiple times a day. One door improved but the second door which was functional on open and close stopped working as soon as he worked on it. I had to be firm that i needed the door to work at least as well as it was before he worked on it. He finally got the door to open/close as before maybe even a bit smoother. I had the feeling that had I not insisted he would have left the door stuck in the mid position. He offered to disconnect the door from opener. I had to say again that it should be |Operational He was very polite and at my request gave me a price for doors replacemt.

Description of Work: Cost of AG deal covered every thing. Remote for door stopped working. They got it back on the air. Also turned on the exterior keypad.

Description of Work: Purchased tune-up through Angie's List Deals. They were prompt and courteous. Suggested changing rollers to nylon to help with noise, but NO PRESSURE. Decided to go ahead with it and it made a huge difference.

Description of Work: I first purchased a tune up but they said my garage would need a lot more than that so since my garage door was 24 years old I opted for a new one since fixing it would have been at least half the cost of a new one. Love it! They were early and installed the new one pretty quick.

Description of Work: The doors have not been installed as yet as they had to be ordered. So far communication has been excellent and I have put down a deposit. Should be installed in a couple of weeks.

Description of Work: More extensive work needed. My door was bending and had to be braced. They changed out the rollers, so the door is much quieter now.
