Description of Work: I upgraded my whole system based on the problems with my current system. So, there was a fairly large up sale from a $24 garage door inspection. A friend had referred them and he had gotten a few up sale items too. While I am happy with the system I got, it just seemed like a lot of things to notice as being inferior or about to fail. The technician showed everything and explained the charges, so I knew what I was getting into. I expect my system to last a while since I purchased so many upgrades. I guess my only compliant is that there were a lot of upgrades for a garage door opener that other companies would have probably included in a general price package.

Description of Work: The technician was knowledgable and he I especially loved how he accomodated the price list of available options for the sevrice request. Our key pad is installed and we love it. We ordered it because our childwern locked themselves out of the house when we were out of town.

Description of Work: Very professional; simple explanations on parts and system and how upgrades and standard parts compare. Made the whole replacement of track wheels, realignment and installation of new bottom garage door seal very easy.

Description of Work: I purchased a garage door tune up for $24.00, but as it turned out the door needed quite a bit more work. The technician explained everything, and since he was here I agreed to have the work done that he told me was needed. I think the price was somewhat high. Since they did all of this work,the tune up was included. I asked if he would credit the $24 and he said he could not. He suggested I call Angie's List to see if I could get a refund, but I was told that since I had purchased the service, no refund was available.

Description of Work: Overhead door adjustment on commercial sized door. They were unable to fix properly. Owner refunded our payment without question and I must give them credit for that.
