Our technician had explained to you on site that he was unable to match the price that you had told him you received from a competitor. It was unrealistic for us to install the garage door you were wanting at the price you had asked. We discounted the price as much as possible. Fabian was under the impression that you were going to go with a different company based off of the conversation and the estimate that you had told him you already received. He worked directly with you on site and also worked with an in office manager to get you the best deal There was no follow up needed based on the conversation that you had with our technician on site.

Fantastic job!
Description of Work: After 20 years of dealing with a failing garage door and weakened motor, I had everything taken out and a completely new insulated door, track and Lift Master belt driven motor installed; all new hardware and new features that weren't around 20 years ago such as battery backup and a programmable wall sensor in the garage. It's super quiet and well sealed on the front of the door from all outside elements. The technician was very thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. He was also respectful of my inputs and questions. I am super happy with the product and service that Family Christian Doors provided.
