We priced out the cost to replace the garage doors, and not only were FCD the lowest but they actually also provided the quality doors and parts. I emailed them and got a response immediately. They came out within 1-business day to give us the quote and then completed the job within 1 afternoon. The technician was polite, professional, and cleaned up after the completion of the job. We will be using this company again (when needed) and will refer to our friends and family. So nice to see fair pricing, especially right after a major storm.

My husband ran his car into the track for the garage door lift backing out of the garage door on his way to work. I called Family Christian Doors in the morning and by 1pm they were out to fix the track. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Price was extremely reasonable! Will definately use them again as soon we will need to replace both garage doors.

I called FCD at 8:30 on saturday morning because the spring on the garage door broke in two. They said they could have someone there by 10:30. At 9:43 i received a call from Joe saying he would be here shortly. Joe showed up shortly after that and evaluated the door. Gave me a price and went straight to work after helping me move my 66 Mustang so he would have room to work. By 11:15 he replaced the single spring for a double, and replaced all the rollers on the door. Door works great

I contacted the company on Tuesday evening and set up an appointment for Wednesday, between noon and 2:00. Bryan called at about 10:00 to say that he could be at my house at 10:30, if that was OK. He showed up at 10:30 and took a look at the door. I knew that the spring was broken. He told me that he could replace the broken spring, or install two springs, which is what I opted for. Having the single spring had probably overstressed it. I had done some research and guessed that this was the case. He installed the springs and showed me that the rollers were badly worn. I had him install new rollers, also. He then cleaned and lubricated the entire door, as well as making some small adjustments, and cleaning and lubricating the opener. He then told me how to take care of the door properly, so that I wouldn't have these problems again. When we operated the door, it was like he had installed a whole new system! It had always been very noisy, clanking and squealing as it moved. This door made almost no noise and moved smoothly. Bryan never pressured me to install the other options, but just told me what he thought was wrong. I had been neglecting the door and I knew that it would probably need a lot of work. As I said, it seems like I have a whole new system now. I can't say enough good things about this company, which provided a good service at what I think was a great price. Bryan was very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and especially Bryan, to anyone.

My garage door spring broke at 7:30 am. Using a stool and a step ladder my husband and I were able to open the door and clamp it so that we could get the cars out. I checked Angies's list for the closest company and called Family Christian Doors at 8:00 and a repairman arrived before 10:00. He replaced the spring (with 2) then serviced the entire system: replaced the rollers; adjusted wiring; tightened screws, nuts, and bolts; lubricated everything; reset the bottom seal; and fixed the wall switch that hadn't worked in years. He was finished in less than an hour. Byron was competent, courteous, and extremely helpful. He explained the options (and costs) so that I could make an informed decision. My garage door works perfectly. .

I wish every company in the country was like Family Christian Doors. They were beyond excellent from beginning to end. From the time that we spoke with the owner on a Saturday to the completion of the project the following Monday they were consummate professionals. Miguel installed the doors and he was so pleasant especially considering the heat in the garage was over 100 degrees. The doors are great and they look wonderful. It was such a fantastic experience from beginning to end.

I called Family Christian Doors around 1230pm. They gave me an appointment time between 4-6, and they showed up shortly before 5pm. He was very professional, very knowledgable, gave me great tips on how to maintain my garage door. I did not know you are suppose to lubricate the garage door every month. He also sold me a special kind of lubricant FCD recommends for this speciality application. I had a single torsion spring that broke, they replaced it with two torsion springs, and they replaced my steal rollers with Nylon rollers. The garage door works great, and is very very quiet. The only thing I did not like was the price. I did not get any other quotes but parts alone at Home Depot would have been $220 not including any speciality tools or knowledge and experience, and I know they need to make a profit. It just hurts to spend a few days work after taxes on 30 minutes of garage door labor. Especially when they make it look so easy. Overall this is a very good company and I give them an A.

After having a few problems with my garage door over a couple of weeks, it completely quit. I could close it manually, but had no way to secure it. I found this company listed on Angie's List and called them on May 16. They came out almost immediately and worked on the operator getting it to work for a while, but then just as they were leaving, it quit again. They determined that I would need a new operator. They also advised me that in order to save my garage door over time, that I needed a second spring as doors could no longer be installed in new houses with only one spring. I had heard that before. Since I had to leave town the next day and had no way to secure my door, they quickly added a manually lock so that I would feel better being away for a while. They also gave me an estimate of cost for all necessary repairs. When I returned, I called them on May 25 and they came out the same day and installed everything I needed to be totally operational again, including the additional spring. I will definitely feel comfortable calling them with any additional issues I have and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

I called around 12:00 and I they scheduled me for the same day between 6:00PM to 8:00PM. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. While the technician was there I had him replace both springs and the rollers and the torsion bushing on the door. When he was done he gave me an overview and instructions on proper lubrication and operation of the door mechanisms. All in all he did a great job and was very professional. Their prices were great and their warranty is the best I have found. Give them a call you will be glad you did I know I am.

I was amazed from start to finish with this company. I called around 5:30p.m. on a Saturday evening thinking I would have to leave a message etc. Brandon answered and did not even hesitate with a time estimate for a technician to arrive. He told me Ty would arrive between 6-9pm that night. Considering we couldn't get our cars out of the garage with the broken door, we were VERY pleased. Ty called about an hour later and gave us an update on his arrival. Then called again when he was in our back driveway. Very nice guy, very professional. After using two different garage door companies, Ty was the only one that told us we were really supposed to have TWO springs on our door! Who knew? The door can now be opened even without the motor, which is good during a power outage. I am thrilled with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. Perfect service experience!

Family Christian Doors went above and beyond our expectations. I was very impressed with their level of detail. The door is very quite. The technician we worked with is a bright young man. The company followed up with us a few days after the work was completed to ensure everything was running smoothly. I would recommend Family Christian Doors to others without hesitation. In fact, I?ve already recommended them to some of my friends.

The company was very responsive. They came out the same day and the service technician, Brian, explained all the options clearly and recommended two commercial grade custom springs which was actually a less expensive option than replacing the four standard springs that were installed on the three year old door. That required another visit the next day because the springs had to be cut. Brian was on time, was very professional and explained how to maintain the door to extend the life of the life of the springs. Will definitely call them again if needed.

Fantastic! I called for a price and they beat all others. Answered all my questions on the phone and gave me plenty of information to make an informed decision. We decided to go with them and got an appointment the same day. Installers did a great job. 4 months later and we are still very happy. I was very impressed when I called a few weeks ago asking about how to get a paint match for the garage door, so I could paint the trim myself. They found a door sample and mailed it to me so I can get an exact color match. Thanks!!

I called them because my garage door was bent. They came out on a wintery day with ice covered roads to do my repair. Replaced my door and tuned up the garage door opener. The only slight negative is that the price was $50 more than quoted. Overall, they did a great job and I would highly recommend them again.

The company name should say it all. In todays hard times it is very hard to find companies who care more than the bottom dollar. Well thank Heavens for Family Christian doors! Given the fact that somebody drove thru my garage door, and knowing that my house was not secured. Not to mention the items that were in the garage that were now taking it's toll up against the wonderful inclement weather they did everything in their power to help me to get my garage door up and running. On the flip side the quality of our garage door and the new garage door opener seems to be a steal for the price that we paid. So bottom line great people, great products, Outstanding service, great Price. It's a win win deal. Anybody who chooses to go elsewhere your missing out!

The large spring at the top of the garage door suddenly broke. The door does not raise or lower when this spring breaks. I reviewed Angie's list and based on their favorable reviews and nearby location, I called Family Christian Doors. The person I spoke with seemed very nice and said they could have someone there in a couple of hours. About three hours later the repairman arrived, he did call earlier to say he was running late. He gave me a couple of repair options and I choose to replace the single spring with a duel spring. He worked quickly and was finished in about an hour or so. The repairman seemed knowledgeable and friendly. After completing the repair he preformed some preventive maintenance on some of the moving parts and gave me some tips on how to keep the door in good working order. I was very satisfied with the work that was performed.

Overall a great experience. Door went out mid Monday morning. I placed a call and they said how about between 2 and 3. I said that that time different work, did they have something a little later. They asked if between 4-6 would work. I said it would and set the appointment. Ty got there at 4:30, took a look at the door and explained what he was seeing and what he was doing. After replacing the spring coils, he lubricated the wheels and checked out the door. Total job took just over 30 minutes. Ty was very professional and courteous. Would definitely use again and refer to others.

My garage door's single torsion spring snapped overnight. Called Family Christian Doors the next day at 8:30 AM and a service technician was at my home before 10:00 AM. My service technician, Joe, was great and provided me with a couple of options for the repair. The options included a cheaper one-for-one torsion spring replacement or an upgrade to a more balanced garage door system with two torsion springs. Joe also provided the option of upgrading the existing the garage door cables and garage door rollers to extend the warranty from 3 to 5 years. I decided to go with the two torsion spring system and the new upgraded cables and rollers. The total cost for the labor and parts was about $340. The repairs were completed in about an hour. The new rollers greatly reduced the noise the garage door makes when it opens and closes. Of course, Joe also greased all the bearings and joints on the door as well, so that also contributed to the reduced noise. I am very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the company and I would definitely used them again or recommend them to a friend. Thanks Family Christian Doors.

It was amazing how quickly the opener was installed. He had to remove the old opener including track and put up a new one and rewire all the buttons and add a keypad. It took less than 2 hours. New opener is very quiet. I will use them to replace my second opener whenever it finally dies.

Went well but it started out late. Was suppose to arrive between 8 and 9 am. Called early in the morning informing me of a delay (time delay unknown) about a delay at another job. Showed up between 11 and 11:30. Was very responsive, called on Friday and showed up on Saturday even if it was a little later than expected. Operation was very professional.

They performed as I wanted them to perform.
