My husband was pleased, so it had to have gone as planned. They were prompt, professional, knew what they were doing and got it done. No dilly-dallying. That's a Big Plus in our book.

Great! The guys were very professional. There was a glitch in the schedule (because of the weather), they were quick to reschedule - stuck to the schedule. There were adjustments needed - they were acommodating almost immediately. The gate is now level and operates great!

Great Bought garage door opener-$75.00

Very punctual and professional. Got what I expected.

Brandon Burchfield was my technician. He was polite and professional. He was great at explaining things and even helped me reprogram my car to open the garage. I chose a top of the line option that allows me to control my garage door from anywhere using my smart phone. By the time he left the garage door was working beautifully and quieter than I've ever heard for a garage door. I would not hesitate to use Family Christian Doors again in the future.

Quick and responsive despite the company being busy. Thursday night I came home to find out my garage door was malfunctioning, and wouldn't stay down. I contacted the Garage Door company I usually use, and the gentleman asked if someone needed to come out right now. I informed him, I wish I could wait for someone but I had to leave for a concert that was starting in an hr. I asked for someone to come out tomorrow, Friday. The rep. advised a technician would be out the next day b/t 8am-12p. I closed my door manually but couldn't lock it. Friday morning, at 7:25am I received a call from a female rep w/the company who informed me a technician would not be coming out to service my garage door. I informed her this was an emergency, and I'm flying out of town at 3pm today. The female rep. advised there was nothing she could do, and "i hope you get your garage door fixed". Totally unprofessional. I called several garage door companies, from 7:30-9am to help me during this short time, when finally i came across Family Christian Doors. They advised they were very busy, but was able to squeeze me into a small window b/t 10a-12p. Ethan came and assessed my problem, and advised the problem wouldn't be solved today b/c the motherboard had been blown and would need replacement. Ethan attached a lock to my garage door, so at least I could open/close my garage and lock it until the part arrived and was replaced. Prior to the part being replaced, I was having issues w/closing my garage door b/c the lock latch would catch on the rail. I contacted FCD again, and was advised a technician would come out tomorrow if it wasn't an emergency. I finally was able to close my door w/FCD on the phone, but they advised someone would come out tomorrow to ensure I wouldn't be inconvenienced at the most improper time. The next day, Ethan returned, replaced the motherboard, moved the lock over so the latch would stop catching on the rail, and reprogrammed by remote. I highly recommended FCD for their Responsiveness, Reliability, and overall Kindness.

Answered the phone in the evening and gave me an appointment for the morning. Eric called to say he was on his way then called to report he was stuck in traffic . He gave me an estimate and it with a fair price. He fixed the problem quickly. He also reminded me of my life time warranty on my springs. Thank you Family Christian door for hiring great employees.

They enlisted me in their schedule when I called, I didn't have to wait a long time. They were very punctual. There were some things they had to tighten up.

Patrick was excellent, very professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job with change of motor and also lubricating chains and rollers and teaching me how to keep up with alignment of eyes. I would hire again and would want Patrick to come. thank you !

Called at 7 AM and was told window would be 10 AM - Noon and I would receive a call beforehand from the tech. The tech called 8:30 and said he would be available earlier and arrived around 9 AM. Job was done professionally and cleaned up by 10:45 AM.

FCD arrived on time and team [of 2] were knowledgeable and efficient. All went well. Price was reasonable. Price was coupled with special Angie's List deal.

I really appreciated Family Christian Doors coming out (they called and said they could come early, and did) and assessing my problem. They didn't charge me, and the guy (I forgot his name) was very upfront that they COULD try to put a band-aid on the issue, but that it wouldn't solve the main problem -- which was something their company didn't do. I appreciated the honesty, and not trying to milk us for a few hundred bucks. The next time I need fence services, they're who I am calling. (And, for what it's worth, I tend to be skeptical of any company that includes a religious affiliation in the name. Glad I put that aside and gave them a call!)

This service advertises 24 hour emergency service. I called them and they said they could not come until tomorrow. Don't advertise 24 hour if you can't deliver.

service arrived, inspected door, said what we need to address, and items that will make door quitter, and seal better. new rollers installed,new bottom door seal installed, adjusted, service was done, now door is much quitter, and no gaps around bottom of unit.

Chris S. came out and gave us a quick rundown of the necessary fix. He didn't try to sell us anything or pressure us into thinking that our garage door would fall off as soon as he left. The job was done efficiently & at a reasonable price. Thanks Family Christian Doors!!

I was able to schedule the garage door inspection easily after purchasing Angie's List coupon $25. Ended up needing new rollers. The cost wasn't bad at $100 I think. They were good about sending the inspection report along with description of work done. I didn't need to be at home when they worked which was nice. Thank you!

Great! The garage door now goes up & down without grinding.
