Description of Work: I want to thank the company leadership for doing the right thing The field man came out and gave me a quote, I signed the paperwork and paid 1/2 up front to him. After working on trying to install the opener for a day......He then came back and said the gate opener he planned on using would not work and the one that would work would cost another$1300 I thought he should have known this up front before giving the bid etc.He gave me his reasoning on why this was partially his responsibility and other excuses where it was not his responsibility. I talked to his manager and he made it right for no additional cost.....and was very pleasing to deal with The opener with installation was $3,000I had gates previously and they powder coated them for $1,000 The manager's response is the main reason I would use this company again, and can recommend them to someone else.I think the management's leadership in the company are seeking to be straight forward and honest with their customers. I would use them again, and can recommend them based on this experience

Description of Work: Jonathan came out, told me the cost (less than another company that came out the day prior) and did an excellent job. I felt confident the job was being done right and for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: We had a garage door converted from two doors to one. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and were very respectful of me and my home. They also did the work very fast. I called on day 1. They started the afternoon of day 2 and wrapped up with the detail stuff on the morning of day 3. I would use them again and recomend them.

Description of Work: My gate openers would not open the gate and the gate was opening very slowly when I used the button on the control box. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. He changed out the receiver and left a short while to pick up the appropriate battery for the gate. I did not get a second opinion on the price or reason the gate was malfunctioning. I live in downtown Dallas and the safety issue involved with a non functioning gate trumped any of the above. I was very pleased to have the quick response and the professionalism of the tech and of the company.

Description of Work: I called him on a Friday at 3:30pm to see if he could fix our garage door. It was hanging precariously on the rails and I felt it was dangerous. Plus, our garage sale was scheduled for Saturday (the next day) at 7am. I didn't think Brandon would be able to come and fix it since it was so late in the day, but he said it was no problem. He was in South FW and drove in Friday afternoon traffic! He fixed it completely, plus more!
