The guy came out told us the problem. The spring broke on a door that weighs about 400lbs. Had to replace cost around $300.

He ended up scheduling the garage door opener install for the very next day...very quick turnaround and pricing was extremely reasonable. It gets better...Phil (technician) showed up early...and completed his work well under the 2-hour window I was expecting...He walked me through the install...the basic operations and maintenance...Very professional. I'm very satisfied with my choice...they made this too easy!

They came out when they said they would and also took care of my problem. The repair man was very friendly and new his job well.

Matt contacted me immediately and was very professional over the phone. He provided a quote based on my situation and didn't try to push anything further. The only downside was the tech that did the job told me a price $50 higher than what was quoted but after he called to verify I was charged the agreed upon price. I am going to give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was an honest mistake.

Great people and they done a great job.

I called at around 11 to have my garage door fixed. They called me back w/in mins and were there w/in an hour. They called me when they were 10 mins away to let me know they were on their way. Matt knew right away what the problem was (the gear inside the auto door lifter was broken) and fixed it fast. He also adjusted and oiled everything and recommended I make another small and inexpensive fix to change the casters to keep the problem from reoccuring. I couldn't be any happier. He was polite, skilled, fast, clean, thorough, and courteous. And, I thought the price was reasonable too!

They were very courteous, accommodating and responsive to our needs. Were ablt to come out same day to tune up the door, reset the passcode and advise on insulating the doors.
