This contractor fixed the mess-up of a previous contractor. The technician, Ty, was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. The office staff were willing to work with me since I had already paid for this repair once. This will be my first choice for garage door repairs and installs from now on.

It was late after dark. My daughter called me and told me about the garage door was broke. I was out of town. I contacted Family Christian Doors thru ServiceMagic. They sent a tech out even though it was late. He did not finish till after 9pm. He did a good job. I would use them again and recommend them to others

Job was well done, the tech was on time and answered all questions. The door opener works fine and I am pleased with it and the job he did.

FCD called within minutes of submitting my request and drove from Ft Worth to N.E. Dallas within 2 hours to fix my garage door. Not only did they fix it, they made it stronger than it was and showed me how to oil the hinges and the best product to use to keep them working smoothly. Ty was very professional, efficient and courteous. I will call them again.
