Very responsive to special requests. I had an issue with high winds and they added stiffeners (at a price, of course) that make this door the smoothest, quietest and strongest door I have ever seen. The installer did not mind me watching during the entire install (it did take some time (over 4.5 hrs), they only sent 1 person, but my questions may have slowed him down some. He explained the operation of the new opener, and helped with the setup after install. I have had no problems with the door or opener, even in the wind, and the external keypad is really handy.

My garage door spring broke and FCD was here within 4 hours with the best price andf had my door working within 25 minuets of arriving. Also included in their price was the servicing of all moving parts of my door. FCD is now my one and only garage door company.
