Very prompt and great installation. After installation, I later found that there was a rebate with free products from LiftMaster online - it would have helped for the servicer to advise me of this at time of the order. Knowing the product and offerings would help this servicer to lock in future clients - one stop for product related info.

The price was fair. The installers showed up on time and did a good job. There was a mix up about the garage door opener. I asked for 2 remotes and no keypad but the order was for the opposite. The installers gave me some sort of generic remote they happened to have with them. That was my only complaint about the whole process. I would recommend this company.

The security gate for the driveway will be installed in about 3-4 weeks. I was very pleased with the technician who checked the property and his knowledge about what I need here. He even called to ask to come earlier than the scheduled appt. time. I look forward to see this project completed. I feel like I made the right choice.
