The technician arrived 15 minutes after the initial call from the company. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I thought I was going to have replace my opener however all he had to do was reset my present opener and got a couple of new remotes and replaced a worn out roller for me. Very professional. I highly recommend this company. I will be calling them when I need a new garage door.

From the moment I called on a Sunday morning until clean up Kyle C. was an exemplary professional who was very friendly, courteous, expedient and as humble as they come. I received a courtesy call about 15 minutes after my initial call and was informed the tech would be at my house in less than 1/2 hour; and he was. He called his boss Matt for me and gave me a great deal on a few parts I didn't expect to need. But listen to me, he was absolutely correct. I had a buckled panel and Kyle offered a cost effective solution for it. He made several adjustments until it was perfect. The bottom line of bottom lines is don't do what I did and shop around; just hire this company. I can't give them A+ because that's not adequate. I would give them an S for Superior or P for Perfect. If anyone desires to build a business model that will assure you total success, call Matt and ask him. I was a Manager of 350 customer service reps and if I had Matt's staff I wouldn't even have to come to work.. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
