Fair price. They came and looked at our situation and recommended some repairs while identifying repairs that could safely be defferd. Our primary problem was a broken spring, but they recommended a better way to attach our garage door opener and showed us a few other parts we should replace now, versus later.

My service call occurred on a day when there were storms everywhere. In fact, the repairman had to personally move debris in the road to get to my house. They still showed up weather and all! I would definitely recommend them to others.

Seemed like good pricing. Not sure if purchasing separate then have someone install would have been cheaper. Only issue, kept trying to get me to replace the springs for almost as much as the opener cost. Kept bringing it up after I said no.

Jack shaft door openers on a 20'x12' door are considered as commercial door! If you have a metal building place 2x4 material around the inside of the building so they can staple the wires to it. Additionally, make sure your cables are in good shape before installing the opener! Torsion springs are dangerous if you do not have the proper tools. Be safe!

I noticed late on a Saturday afternoon that one of the springs on my garage door was broken. I sent an email to FCD requesting a service appointment for Monday, they called me within 10 minutes and said that they could come out and repair my garage door the same day if it worked for me. Loren arrived within the hour and my garage door springs were replaced and operational within 2 hours from when I first requested an appointment. Top notch company, thanks Loren and FCD!
