Very nice friendly Christian people.

Our garage door opener went on the fritz and I called FCD. They came out the next day to assess the situation. They recommended we replace the openers. Christopher, the tech, was very knowledgeable and explained the justification for replacement and installed both openers the same day. He worked into the evening to complete. We were very satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Our garage door spring broke...on Saturday of course. FCD responded first and could replace the springs that day. Service was prompt and thorough. The door's steel cables were also frayed and the repairman caught that problem before they broke, saving another problem and another service charge.

I am posting this review for my grandmother (the client) who received services from Family Christian Doors: We had a problem with our garage door Saturday. My grandson checked it late that afternoon and realized it was something he could not remedy. Fidel showed up from Family Christian Doors after 6 PM, and he informed my grandson and I thoroughly about what issues were going on with the door. He explained about the roller drum and main track being off-center and how everything, over time, wore out the garage. He stayed until almost 9 PM fixing everything that needed to be done, doing any routine maintenance, and showing us how the initial install was incorrect and has been several years. **NOTE: The initial install was NOT by this company** We are beyond appreciative for the time he spent updating, fixing, and informing us about all that was going on with the garage door. We would HIGHLY recommend this company, especially Fidel.

The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and why and gave me tips on maintenance of the garage door. I could not be happier with both the company and the technician.

Everything works great!

My garage door suddenly started jamming, so I called FCD and they scheduled a technician for the next morning. He (Micah) showed up on time, explained that my ten-year-old 1/3 hp motor was having trouble lifting my double door and recommended a newer and much better model. He went to the shop and picked up a new unit, and came back to install it the same day. Very courteous and professional service. I can certainly recommend this business.
