The guys that actually installed the garage door was quick, courteous and professional, the first guy (Eric) who was sent to fix my garage door need a lot more customer service training in courtesy and sensitivity. He was cocky and arrogant. I had reported our interactions with his higher up. I hope other customers won't have the same experience I had with him.

They were on time and did what they said they were going to do.

My son contacted them and had to take off work to meet them. He was very impressed with them. Brandi follow thread we'll. The had to replace both springs and the rollers were cracked and they replaced them. Will recommend them to others

this was an overall very good company to work with, but some things could be better. some things the service/sales person told me they would do were not done, and some things he said about the Clopay door and the Clopay warranty were wrong. The installers were on time with the correct door. they efficiently installed the new door but they did used the plastic wheels not the steel wheels that the service/salesman told would be used.. the new door now makes rattlng noises when lowered/raised which in my opinion should not happen with a properly designed/made/installed door.
