Prompt service. Arrived on time and explained exactly what all needed to be repaired. I have not any maintenance done to my garage doors since house was new. I knew it needed some repairs and maintenance. Technician explained what needed to be repaired as soon as possible and what could wait. He didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need. Overall pleased with the service.

Woke up in the morning and the garage door wouldn't open with both cars in the garage. Spring broke, couldn't open it manually. We called Family Christian Doors at about 8:00 a.m. Steven was at our house by 9:30 and the door was fixed and he was gone by 10:15. Steven was very professional and treated us very well. Outstanding, quick service, very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Eric did a good job and help with suggestions to upgrade my garage door ! Plan to have FCD to return to improve door life and prevent future problems by installing new spring and adding a secondary spring to improve door operation .

Wow! I am incredibly impressed with the courtesy, expertise, and work ethic of Eric from Family Christian Doors. Eric not only called when he was en route, but arrived on time, diagnosing my problem quickly and providing me with several options for the replacement of my door. He pointed out some issues with the door itself as well, and ended up reinforcing its strength with some hardware. Now my garage door is running very smoothly, (all at a fair and competitive price) and I couldn't be happier! As a single woman who lives alone, I am very cautious when dealing with contractors of any kind, but I felt very comfortable with Eric. He didn't try to up-sell me anything I didn't need and treated me with intentional respect. This is my second time to use FCD, and after both experiences--I've decided to stop calling the "other guys" for estimates. I'm a customer for life. Garage door needs? Call them, y'all--you WILL NOT be disappointed.
