Description of Work: I hired this company to build a new 8 ft cedar fence, a deck, and a pergola. The fence was supposed to be completed within 5 days. This was important because the fence was down and I have a pool that must be fenced at all times by law. They completed the pergola and the deck very quickly but it took two weeks before the fence was up to a level to protect the pool but they never fully completed the fence nor fixed the issues with the fence. At the end they came back and wanted more money to complete the stain job on the fence because they priced the job wrong. I told them I didn't feel that I should pay for this as I had already paid them and it was their mistake. We reached an agreement to split the cost and I gave them the additional money, they took the money but never returned to complete the job, clean up the stain that they got all over the side of my house, or repair the issues identified with the construction of the fence such as boards that split from the screws, boards that weren't properly screwed down etc. I spoke to them on several occasions and they assured me they would be out to complete it but they were working other jobs at that point. They never retuned except to get some tools such as ladders etc. they had left at my house.
