This company never returned a phone call as promised. Sad, because I had a check in hand from the insurance company.

CMR has been doing lots of work in and around our neighborhood. Initially, I was hesitant to call them because they were new to Indianapolis and did not have any ratings on "the list", but after personally observing the work that they did on a couple of my neighbors' homes, I decided to give them a try. They returned my initial call and scheduled an appointment quickly, and both Kate and Mike were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. At this point, I have not had my roof replaced yet, but I am considering using CMR if/when I have the work performed.

Good. Our roof was damaged by hail in April 2006. While other roofing companies would either not return my call, or it took weeks to get a response and then several more weeks to get an appt estimated, CMR with in two weeks, provided an estimate, worked with my insurance company and installed the new roofing.

After the April 2006 hail storm, we hired CMR to take care of our damaged slate roof. We chose them in part because they will work with the insurance company to "get the job done", thus elimating the need for homeowners to haggle. This was great, and our sales rep really went the extra mile to make sure we got a new roof, rather than a repair. We also decided to hire them because they agreed to make sure that we did not have broken slate and other construction debris left in our yard at any point; we have two young children and two dogs, so this was very important to us. Here, they totally failed. In spite of repeated phone calls and repeated promises, they have yet to return to clean up. We have slate and debris in our lawn, flower beds, and even on our neighbor's property. They left tools and boxes of nails open and piled on the driveway. The roof looks GORGEOUS, but the yard is a mess. If they clean up I will amend this report and let you know.

Replaced roof and gutters and siding. They did a great job very satisfied. They checked in daily to make sure job was going well. Very responsive and friendly

Eric Hunter the original salesman and contact was virtually impossible to contact and never returned phone calls. The salesmen were misleading in the product they purchased for the clay tile replacement. The tile was removed while I was not at home with no call to let me know that they were to do that. The flat roof portion of my home leaked while being replaced. A shingle covered porch leaked after done, despite being repaired twice. I am still without tile to place on the major portion of my home, and am still without gutters that are to be replaced. My project has been going on for approximately two months since the initial removal of the tile. I sustained approximately $6500 in damages and am still awaiting reimbursement for $600. I am still awaiting reimbursement for the purchase of the salvaged tile that was removed from the roof which i expect to be between $500 and $1000.

THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY and NEATLY AND BELOW THE INSURANCE ADJUSTMENT AS PROMISED.
