Had a little trouble getting things lined up for them to come out but when they did they did a good job on the repair. They pulled up a wooded fence post and replaced it with a steel one and added a few pickets that the gate needed. The pickets were of a different size but the finished product looked good. It looked like to me that they took the time to do a good job and did not slop through it. I would use them again and plan to on one of my other homes.

We called ASAP to replace an old wooden fence nd add a retaining wall. They made absolute sure we knew of all the charges, where to put the fence, and the extra details we wanted (a double fence). The made suggestions, and hand stained the whole fence before bringing it in. Board by board, they carefully placed the pickets. Two of the gentlemen sawed boards in half lengthways to cover the place where the boards met so that we have NO spaces. It was beautiful. They also added the retaining wall around the pool in the same professional fashion. We couldn't be happier!!!! Professional, punctual, and called to see if we liked the effect. Our neighbors also used them after seeing our fence. It remains upright and straight to this day.

I have used them 3 times and they are a great company. Their price is competitive. The quality of work is beautiful. The workers are good and they showed up on time. They did a nice job and cleaned up everything after the job done. I would keep using them again in the future too.

Jay initially came out and gave me an estimate based on my requests. He was very professional and thorough. Once the crew came out a few days later, I had made a few small changes, but they handled all of them very well. Marcus ended up overseeing the work, and he was very responsive/helpful throughout. They ended going beyond what was spec'd out in a few places, and overall I am very pleased. I would definitely use Marcus and ASAP again, and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for any kind of wood/wrought iron fence. They did a very high-quality job at a fair/reasonable cost, and they were very professional throughout the process.

Our neighbor, Paul, works for the company and had the company call us about repairing our fence. I noticed on Paul's business card that they did garage door service also. When Grant called to set up an appointment for the fence repair quote the next day, I asked him about garage repair. He suggested replacing both since once one breaks, the other might not be far behind and he wanted to save us a service call next time. He set up a Service Rep to come over the next day in the morning. Apparently the original rep was sick so they sent another rep a couple of hours later (it wasn't a big deal and they phoned to tell us he was on his way). Doyle showed up, talked my wife through the problem and how he would fix it. He then fixed both springs in about an hour and was gone. Excellent experience. We may use them for the fence repair depending on the quote (they are high on our list due to their service, but they will only be our first quote).

Dug posts 1 week after confirmed order. Never called to say when they would be back. Came back to finish the job on Saturday from 2pm to 8pm. They put one entire side of fence on backwards so that the steel posts faced into neighbors yard. Repeated calls to fix went unresolved. Promised to come out 4 times and never called or communicated on as to why they hadn't shown up. I had to reach out to them each time and they have had one excuse after another from gas prices to food poisoning to weather.

They gave us the best bid out of the ones we received. The staff was pleasant to work with and everything was done quickly and correctly. Our fence looks great.

This is not a good company. They have a fast talking salesman who did a bate and switch. I wanted #1 select and they installed #2. This was my fault for not knowing the terms but he said I was getting what I was describing. They threw in a decorative gate that started to rust immediately. Had to come back and rebuild almost the entire fence. Nightmare! This fence was only worth $5800, $6000 if I include the rusting decorative gate.

The team of two men showed up on time and in the course of the day, completed all tasks contracted for. They did a wonderful job! The new fence was installed slat by slat and was very professional in appearance. The new gate was perfect. These two guys deserved a gold star for their efforts in addition to the minor $ tip that was offered.

COMPANY CAME OUT QUICKLY FOLLOWING A BAD STORM. STAFF MEMBER WAS VERY NICE EVEN TAKING TIME TO PLAY WITH OUR DOG. THEY ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED AND QUICKLY COMPLETED THE WORK.

THESE GUYS CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY TOOK DOWN THE OLD FENCE REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE, AND CLEANED UP AS THEY WORKED. GREAT JOB.
