My dishwasher was having issues and always coming out wet. Called for there servicebecauze it was given to me by my father in law. They technician came out stated it was the control unit, yet he didn't habe the part had to order it. He didn't show up for over 2 weeks. FINALLY showed up 30 mins before my shift at work. The fix worked temporarily then the dishes still came out wet. This is the worst company on the planet ?. Do not ever use they to fix anything. Had to end up getting new dishwasher. Still calling to get a full refund. This company is disgusting and they need to go out of business

Great very knowledgeable

Made an appointment to have my washer looked at and fixed. Man came to my home and said he needed to order parts, and he'd be back on that following Monday to install. Never called or showed up. I had to call and message them to find out what was going on. After calling several times, they informed me that the part wasn't going to be delivered for another 4 days, and when they got the part, they'd let me know. Again, I had to track them down. They came out to my home when I was at work, but my sitter was there. They didn't fix anything, and I've never heard from them again.

Timely response, excellent service. Diagnosed the problem. Gave me an estimate for repair. I elected not to repair due to age of appliance and cost to repair. I received an invoice for the cost to repair even though I am not having that done. I asked for a copy of the invoice for the paid. service charge but have not received that.

I called them and explained what was going on with my fridge and they were here the next day with the part I needed and made the repair very quickly.
