+ -1 morePromptly scheduled a time for estimate and for actual repair even though it was a very small job. The price was less than half the next lowest bid. Good quality work. Cleaned up the area after job completed. Tony Guerrero has limited English language skills, but his wife, Elizabeth, works closely with him and communication was not a problem.
Description of Work: Eliminated 3 inch hump in dining room floor. Jacked up floor directly over brick pier in basement; cut off top layer of brick and allowed the floor to settle back down onto pier. Will come back to job in one week to check settlement progress at no extra charge.

+ -1 moreWAS A LITTLE HARD TO GET HIM TO RESPOND - HE WAS VERY BUSY, HOWEVER HE DID THE ORIGINAL WORK MONDAY AFTER WE GOT HIS BID ON A FRIDAY, WHEN WE TOLD HIM WE COULD NOT WAIT 2 WEEKS TO A MONTH TO GET THE WORK DONE. HE IS PRETTY EASY TO WORK WITH AND HELPFUL. VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. HE DID THIS ADDITIONAL WORK FOR COST ONLY- GAVE US DISCOUNT.
Description of Work: ADDITIONAL WORK ON FOUNDATION, FOUND CONCRETE BEAM AT KITCHEN END OF HOUSE HAD CRUMBLED AWAY, NEEDED TO INSTALL HEAVY WOOD BEAM AND NEW PIERS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT OF THIS AREA. HE DID FOUNDATION WORK LAST MONTH - WHOLE HOUSE FOR $10,000.00. THIS AREA WAS ONLY SEEN AFTER WE REMOVED ALL BRICKS FROM HOUSE.
