 + -1 moreThey were very good. It took a while to get an appointment but they did come, and did a great job. It was not the cheapest around but they did a lot for the money. I thought it was a very good value. I would use them again.

 + -1 moreThey did a really good and thorough job. I called them back to do more cleaning, but they were busy with the holidays. I would use them again. They are family owned.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets that we were moving into. The carpets were really nasty.

 + -1 moreMr. Harper gave me an estimate, in writing, that seemed very fair. He, and his son, arrived on the promised date. They were very polite, efficient, professional, and cleaned up before leaving each day. The job took 2 partial days for the re-stretching and 1/2 day for the cleaning. I needed to reschedule one of the dates and Mr. Harper was very accommodating. I highly recommend Dale Harper and his company, Restore Tech Services. I will hire him again when I need any carped work done.
Description of Work: About 1500 sq ft of carpet was re-stretched and cleaned.

 + -1 moreI found his information on Angie's List, Called and he made a date to give me an assement. I was pleased with the quote . He made the appointment to come and clean the carpet. Came on time and was very neat, moved furniture out and back after cleaning the carpet. Very pleased.
Description of Work: He came on time, was very professional and worked, actually my carpets look better than I ever expected. My living room, dining room, hall and two bedrooms look great. I would highly recommed his service.

 + -1 moreHe is a hard worker. Came on time and stayed until the job was completed. Will definetly use him again
Description of Work: We have used Mr Harper to clean our carpets for several years. He has always done an excellent job. In October 2009 we had him clean all the floor grout in 2 bathrooms, the entry, laundry room and kitchen. He also sealed the grout when he had completed the job. I was amazed how the floor tiles just "came alive" - Very pleased
