This company was awesome! I had a complete remodel planned he worked with us to get what we wanted and how we wanted. Him and his crew were very punctual and responsive. I still have another project left and most definitely plan on using this company for the job.

Deck and home remodeling upgrades estimation. Super friendly super nice down to earth. Plan on using them just getting finances together. Prices were also good!!

I needed some remodeling done to my home.. and could not find anyone that would do it quick .. called mass construction and they came that same day! Mr. Steve was so sweet and kind and gave me a great estaminet.They finished the job in no time and I was greatly pleased with their work !! You will not regret it!! They did a stupendous job !!!

They are one of the cheaper companies around for a reason they quality of workmanship is low and does not look like a professional finish. They never showed up when they were suppose to and then just showed up unannounced when they felt like it. On the new driveway were told not to use it for 4 weeks. We waited six weeks to use. Once we used for a couple of days noticed it was wearing down and looked like gravel instead of concrete. Called them back out was told this is normal and nothing to worry about. They promised if it got worse or holes developed they would fix it. Here we are about 6 weeks later and now have holes in the driveway. They wont come look at it nor will they offer to fix it.

They never responded to us.

We needed a shower and vanity installed in our master bathroom. Communication was excellent and they arrived on time each day. They worked with me on making any changes necessary and were very helpful with suggestions on making the installation better. The installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the results. They are very personable and their prices are very reasonable. We can without reservation recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling of any type.

Everything went as planned

Steve worked on my lakehouse after the Caddo Lake flood. This was a big project that included new kitchen cabinets and counter tops, relocating hot water heater and toilet, replacing shower, installing new windows and doors, installing new skirting around the house. Steve had done some carpentry work for me previously and I was pleased with it. For this job, he gave me a price and said he could do everything: carpentry, electrical, plumbing. He worked from June – August 2016. He started out good, but as time progressed, his work slowed down and the finish out deteriorated. The most serious problem I did not discover until January 2017 when the termite inspector told me there was a leak under the house at the main plumbing connection to the sewer line. My plumber found that the connection to the main line was deteriorated and held together with foil tape. He also found that the drain from the hot water heater pan (1” pvc) was connected to the ¾” pvc from the AC drain with only foil tape, and was going uphill. A leak from the hot water heater would have backed up into the pan and eventually over flowed. Why didn’t Steve tell me the connection to the main line was deteriorated and needed to be repaired? Why did he use foil tape to do anything with the plumbing? These two repairs cost me $1025. Had I known about the main line problem when Steve was doing the work, it could have been repaired/replaced for less cost at that time. The other problems: -- The kitchen cabinets were stained and one coat of polyurethane applied. They were sanded and nothing else happened until the final week. He and his brother then “finished” the cabinets using Liquid Gold. That was their final finish! It cost $600 to have the cabinets cleaned to remove the Liquid Gold, sanded and two coats of polyurethane applied. Additionally, trim was not used consistently down the long sides of the cabinets at the wall or at the base. The painter I hired added the trim that was missing. -- The insulated windows were installed and there were gaps on the exterior ranging from about ½” to 1” between the metal frame of the window and the wood trim of the opening. It looked horrible and provided easy access for bugs, spiders, water, etc. I pointed this out to Steve, but he had no solution. That was just the way the windows went in. After he left, I hired a carpenter to install additional trim around the exterior of the windows and to add additional trim pieces to some of the interior windows to cover gaps there. This cost $210. -- The electrical was a big problem. Steve installed a ceiling light/fan combination in the bathroom ceiling. The wall switches were to work independently. He could not get that to happen. The strip LED lights used in the kitchen were not installed/wired safely. At this point, I hired an electrician to re-do what Steve had already done. I removed the other electrical projects from Steve’s list and the electrician finished that list. This cost $1100. -- The old sink was re-used, but was not set properly into the kitchen cabinet and therefore leaked water between the sink and the cabinet. The faucet also leaked. Only a small bead of silicone was used to seal the sink to the cabinet. I hired a plumber to re-install the sink and faucet. This cost $270. The above are the major problems with this project. The job was too big and required more skill than Steve had. He indicated he could do it all, but in reality he could not. His carpentry skills are fine, but not his plumbing or electrical skills, nor his finish out of big jobs. Additionally, he does not communicate about problems he encounters during the project so they can be resolved while the project is in process.

Work was done timely. They were patient with me changing my mind. Looks good!

Service and quality of work were excellent. They went above and beyond our expectations.

The company is prompt, gives a fair bid for services and usually finishes when they say they will, barring availability of materials. They do very good carpentry and everything looks great when they get through.

All the work was done in a timely professional manner. The work was completed close to the time promised, despite the weather being cold, rainy and snowy. Steve and the crew were neat, cleaning up after themselves every day. Stuck to the original estimate.

I've used them several times and intend to use them in the future. I've also recommended them to others.

Went great. No don'ts. Will use them for the rest of the work.

They finished right on time and remodeled our patio perfectly as we requested. They arrived on time and left at the times they approximately said they would. They were always respectful and very friendly. The price was reasonable for the great service we received. We love our new remodeled patio!
