Billy Higginbotham was hired as general contractor for my home in Hallsville Texas. The experience was a total disaster in almost every way. In addition to running 9 months past the due date in our contract before I fired him, he stole $30,000 of my draw funds and went over our contract amount by nearly $100,000. He has felony charges pending against him in Harrison and Marion counties, and has already lost civil suits filed by me and another customer. He has an F rating with the BBB.
