I had to follow up to get the job scheduled/completed, but once that happened, they acted promptly and completed the job in only a few minutes. Their price was also $50 to $75 less than two other companies I contacted through Goggle. I will only use and recommend Ballard in the future. They are fantastic, once they get going!

The only issue I had was they were supposed to come one day but couldn t make it and I never got a call. When I contacted them the next day they took care of everything. I have talked to many people who use this company and this seems to be the only time this has ever happened. I will absolutely use them next time and expect to be able to give 5 star ratings all the way. I will recommend them.

It rained when they were going to come and as soon as it stopped, they still came. Did not find my tank. But impressed they did show up on the day I had hoped to find my tank.
