Ballard's Septic Tank Service, LLC

They were prompt to attend to our job. We only had a routine septic tank pumping but they were professional and pleasant to work with. Our technician, Chris, was good to answer my questions and finish the job efficiently. I will use them again.

Blaine, our service guy, was wonderful and gave us excellent service. He, and the company, were honest, friendly, and didn't overcharge us. I will definitely recommend Ballard's and will use them again when the need arises.

The tech was a very nice young man and resolved the issue. He was very fair as he could have gouged me but was honest in his service.

Chris and Rody was great. Very knowledgeable and just plan nice people. I've had my system for 15 yrs, and they were the 1st to clean out my 3rd tank. Another company just pumped 2 of a 3 tank system, charged me full price for incomplete service. Well, Chris recognized it was 3 tanks and went to work. When he showed me how full it was, I was very happy that he knew what to do and explained everything so I could understand. I'm disappointed with the other company for ripping me off. I'll only use Ballards from now on moving forward. If you need a company for septic problems, I highly recommend this company, July 2020.

From the time they took my check for 1/2 down to the time the work was done and completed was only a matter of a few days. They changed my old failing conventional system to a new 500 gallon per day system and got it connected and working in less than 8 hours. They don t mess around. I never saw one person taking a break. This company is kind and courteous. The price was very reasonable too for all that had to get involved to get it done. Highly recommend Wes and his team. Bret and Wes came out immediately and repaired my septic after it was pumped. I appreciate a business that do what they promise. Great folks! Will call them each and every time I have an issue.

Only problem I had was that their truck leaks oil and left oil spots on my driveway. They do great work and are super nice guys

Jay showed up within hours of me placing a non emergency call for an alarm that wasn't resetting. He is very knowledgeable and since I'm new to septic systems and don't know anything about them he took the time to explain its operation and what maintenance I'm to do as a homeowner. I was so satisfied with the service I hired them for a service contract and highly recommend Ballard's for your septic system needs.

We had a new aerobic system installed. Wes was great to work with. His crew were all professional and friendly. They delivered on time and on budget. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Reggie & Derrick called before their arrived. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They explained to me how the system works step by step and showed me how to operate the system. If the need arises, I will ask for them even though I suspect that everyone at Ballard is a professional. Can t say enough positives for them. To Reggie and Derrick, thank you very much.

Reggie and Derrick showed up on time. They were very professional in their demeanor and attitude. It took them a little time to locate and dig up our tank. But their attitude and professionalism never changed. The did an excellent job for us. I would highly recommend them!!
