CAG Construction

I left a message on an initial contact. I never heard back from them.

We didn't have a good experience with CAG Construction. They poured a patio for us. They stained it and made it decorative. The stain doesn't match. The patio is already cracked. The salesperson who I talked to was rarely ever on site and they had to replace the workers because they just made a mess. He tried to fix it, but he didn't know what he was doing. We ended up telling him, "Just go." I don't think he knew what he was doing. I think he's been pouring concrete and didn't really know how to do the decorative concrete. He was a very nice guy but he didn't know what he was doing and he was really, really busy. I'm pretty sure the workers were just day laborers and I don't think they knew what they were doing. He was not usually on site.

He did what I asked for and did it well. The work was good quality and completed on time for a fair price.

It was a little hard to get ahold of him around Christmas time, but we did finally get in touch and got the job started, He sent a Trencher out to cut the foundation trenches and I asked him to cut some more for me for plumbing. For a nominal extra charge the guy cut me about 75' of extra trench. I was very happy. I had to postpone the actual pour until I got the plumbing finished, but once done, Casey and his crew showed up and did the job in a timely manner. I am very Pleased with the resulting slab and it was poured to my exact specifications.

I first want to compliment Casey for being an overall professional and for excellent service! I really did have a good experience with CAG based on all the factors that a mindful consumer would require. The Quality, price, responsiveness and communication were outstanding. CAG was also flexible to work with us on the design of our new driveway that made this process really simple. I definitely recommend that anyone seeking concrete work, repair or new projects give CAG a call. They definitely want to earn your business and it is nice to know a company that you can trust. CAG poured the concrete foundation for our home. It was during the rainy season, therefore making this part of construction very difficult. The owner was great, he worked with me without hesitation, even after having to reschedule multiple times due to rain and muddy conditions. They went above and beyond, especially when the first truck got stuck in the mud! They were prompt, courteous and professional, not to mention having the bid that fit my budget. The owner even suggested that my eight year old son might like to watch the pump truck set-up (which he loved)! Currently working on plans for additional walkways and an outdoor kitchen, I will definitely call them when I am ready to proceed. Would recommend them to anyone that wants a job done right the first time!!
