septic tank
+ -1 moreThe provider arrived on time. His first job was at our rent house. Once he completed the work there, he cleaned the septic tanks at our house. Apparently, a few years ago when another provider and quot;cleanedand quot; our septic tanks, they only suctioned off the liquids on the top and did not bother to add water and drain out the sludge in the bottom of the tanks. The provider was easily contacted and easy to communicate with. The provider explained to my husband what he needed to do to be sure any one cleaning out the septic tanks also drained out the sludge. We will be using this provider again.
Description of Work: The provider cleaned the septic tank at our rent house and then cleaned the septic tanks at our home. He not only drained the fluids on top but took the time to add water and drain out the sludge that was in the bottom of the tanks. Please note the cost listed was for two locations.

septic tank, sewer cleaning
+ 0 moreExcellent. We have not had a problem with our septic tank since. He called once he had completed it and told us what he found, what he did, what to expect and to call him if we had any issues or were not completely satisfied. Which we were satisfied.
Description of Work: They went to our house and pumped our septic tank and cleaned it out. We had been having problems with it backing up over and over. We could not be home, but he came out and did it all without us there.
