Description of Work: The foundation of my home's slab was leveled. Beams were needed on the perimeter and interior of my home. Slurry was added to cement work in place. This included a life-time transferable warranty. Richard Montalvo was very honest and fair. He communicated with my husband and I throughout the process. I was very pleased with his work!

Description of Work: Our home had major elevation problems. We had to have 16 piers on the interior and 40 piers on the exterior of our home. Mr. Montolvo had his crew in and out in just a week and a half, working on Saturday and Sunday. Being that my family and I had to relocate, the urgency to complete the job meant the world to us! Mr. Montolvo kept constant communication with us through each step of the process. The job was completed correctly and efficiently! He also assisted us in finding other contractors for other upgrades and repairs we were planning. Good guy. Fair price!
