Needing some remodeling done, I called three times in two weeks and left a message. Have not received a call-back yet. Finally got a response saying they no longer do residential remodeling.

Upon the retirement of the man we used for many of our projects, we were at a loss on who to contact. We decided to try Angie's List. Found a general contractor in our area with favorable reviews and called them last week. Nicki set up a date favorable for us and we met and dicussed how to fix the problem. They were very prompt and timely. The next day I received an estimate via email and scheduled the work to be done. Long story short, they did an excellent job. Replaced the beam, swept the porch and were done faster then I thought possible. We have some other projects they are looking to help us with now. Thank you Brian and Nicki for a job well done. We are looking to work with Capitol Crew Construction more in the future. Thank you Angie's List for being there!!!

I continue to understand that Capitol Crew is a very reputable and quality builder. SImply put, I couldn't get them to call me back. I got the owner on the phone one time, and we scheduled an estimate, but they didn't show. Beyond that, I can only call someone so many time to give them the opportunity to earn my money before I have to move on.

I was very impressed with the company but I just got a lower bid from another contractor. They were responsive and very helpful. In the long run, I wished I should have used him.

It was nice to have someone honest doing work for you. Niki and Brian always made sure that the work was being done right. Niki was very helpful with suggestions and design ideas. They went out of there way to make sure we were satisfied. I will hire them again if I have any work done.

Never returned phone calls. HIRED SOMEONE ELSE!

On Wednesday, 5/30/2012, at approximately 3:44PM I called Capital Crew Construction LLC to request a bid for installing and painting Hardy plank siding on my home. Receiving no answer, I left a message on the answering machine requesting a callback and briefly explaining the nature of my call. I called again on Friday, 6/01/2012, at 2:49PM and left a similar message. Later that afternoon I received a call from Niki Crew, co-owner, explaining that she had been out of town all week and was just catching up on all of the business messages. After giving the details of my request for a bid, we made a tentative appointment to meet some time on Monday, 6/04/2012. Although she did not make the appointment on Monday, she did call that afternoon and said she would come at about 10:30AM on Tuesday, 6/05/2012. She arrived on time Tuesday and we went over the details of my request and the several options available to me in getting the desired results. I was very impressed with her extensive knowledge of the building materials available, the difference in cost and the requirements needed to qualify the home for windstorm insurance, which is a requirement in my geographic area. I had also inquired about her company's ability to perform some other work (concrete and gutter work) in addition to the siding. She was very open and honest about her limitations in providing a cost on the concrete repairs but said she had someone she could send out to estimate that portion of the job more accurately. Again, I was impressed with her knowledge and attention to details. She agreed to work up a bid and send it to me via e-mail. I received a written bid from her through e-mail just 4 days later on Saturday, 6/09/2012. Although I eventually chose another contractor to do the work, I felt very confident that Capital Crew Construction would have done a very good job had I chosen them. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future repair or construction work and would recommend them to anyone else needing their services.

Awesome! Niki Crew was in constant contact with us. Brian and his crew completed the work in a professional manner. Both Niki and Brian went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I will would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We meet with Niki and Brian to discuss project and to get bids. They blew other contractors out of the water and they work we saw looked great. They were recommended to us by a friend from church. The proposed time frame was 3 months, but they completed in 33 days due to great weather and hard work. All of the crews were very courteous and tried very hard not to disrupt our lives more than necessary. The quality of the work was great. Niki had great ideas and helped me choose items like granite, flooring, tiles for back splash, etc. Friends and neighbors all stopped by and were very impressed with how quickly they worked and the quality of their work.
